Welcome to Lövön not far from Marstrand just outside Rörtången in Kungälv municipality, with the sea and boats as a view and at bathrobe distance to strengthening salty baths in an absolutely wonderful Bohuslän nature. The ferry here runs twice a day and you can easily get to the mainland every day if you need to shop or make your own excursions. On the island there is nothing to shop so what you are going to eat the first two days you pack with you so you can go to the mainland and shop when you have settled down. The cottage is built on three floors and is best suited for pensioners, families with children over 4 years old, friends or couples. Via the lower entrance you enter directly into the living room of the house which has a large lovely bookshelf with lots of books, TV, sofa, armchair and coffee table. A few steps up you come to the first bedroom which has a double bed 180cm as well as wardrobes and a linen closet. Further a few steps up you come to the second bedroom which has a single bed 90cm and a bunk bed 120/80cm. From this bedroom you have to the left the bathroom which has a combustion toilet and sink. To the right you enter the kitchen which has a dining table with chairs, sink, stove with 2 plates, microwave, separate oven, coffee maker and fridge and freezer. Here you go via the balcony door out onto the large lovely terrace with panoramic views which is absolutely fantastic. The owner lives next door and here is in separate part shower, washing machine and dryer. The owner meets up with all his guests and drives you from the harbor to the cottage both on arrival and departure. She provides both sheets and towels that are included when booking. On Lövön you enjoy 50 meters to the bathing bay with sandy bottom and a peaceful accommodation, clean air, beautiful untouched nature, cows grazing nearby and fresh salty baths. The cottage is located high with large lovely terrace with outdoor furniture, both for meals and coziness in the lounge group. The parasol cools down well when the sun is at its highest and in the evenings it keeps the dew. The island is rich in birds in the spring for those who want to enjoy beautiful chirping and singing. Sunsets are magical as the sun sinks into the sea. Equally fancy is autumn with its beautiful reddish-yellow leaves and the high air with a lot of oxygen. From Rörtången where the ferry docks, it is 20 minutes by car to Marstrand, 45 minutes to Gothenburg's inner city and to Kungälv about 18 minutes. Ein paar Stufen weiter oben erreichen Sie das zweite Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett (90 cm) und einem Etagenbett (120 unten und 80 cm oben). Von diesem Schlafzimmer aus haben Sie das Badezimmer auf der linken Hand, das über eine Verbrennungstoilette und ein Waschbecken verfügt. Rechts betreten Sie die Küche, ausgestattet mit einem Esstisch mit Stühlen, Spüle, Herd mit 2 Platten, Mikrowelle, separatem Backofen, Kaffeemaschine sowie Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Von hier gelangen Sie über die Balkontür hinaus auf die große, schöne Terrasse mit absolut traumhaftem Panoramaausblick. Die Eigentümerin wohnt selbst nebenan und hier gibt es eine separate Dusche, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Die Eigentümerin begrüßt persönlich alle Gäste vor Ort und transportiert sie sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abreise vom Hafen zum Ferienhaus. Es stehen Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher zur Verfügung, die bei der Buchung inbegriffen sind. Auf Lövön haben Sie nur 50 m zur Badebucht mit Sandboden. Es ist eine ruhige Unterkunft mit sauberer Luft, unberührter Natur, weidenden Kühen in der Nähe und schöner Küste unweit. Das erhöht liegende Haus hat eine große, schöne Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, sowohl zum Essen als auch zum Entspannen in der Loungegruppe. Der Sonnenschirm schützt vor zu viel Sonne und kühle Winde am Abend. Die Insel ist im Frühling reich an Vögeln. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind magisch, wenn die Sonne im Meer versinkt. Ebenso reizvoll ist der Herbst mit seinen schönen rot-gelben Blättern und der sauerstoffreichen Höhenluft.
