Holiday cottage with large terrace located on a secluded natural plot approx. 10 min drive from the North Sea. The house has a functional layout with a spacious kitchen-family room. From the living room you have access to a covered terrace. Jegum Ferieland has approx. 700 holiday cottages. Not far from the house you will find mini market with bread, groceries etc. The area offers a playground with a bouncy cushion, petting-goats, mini golf, tennis courts, basketball, soccer etc.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Die Kaution stellt sicher, dass Ihr Aufenthalt reibungslos verläuft, und deckt eventuelle Zusatzleistungen oder Verbrauchskosten ab.Diese Kaution deckt den Verbrauch von Nebenkosten während Ihres Aufenthalts sowie zusätzliche in Anspruch genommene Leistungen ab.Der endgültige Betrag wird anhand der tatsächlichen Zählerstände und Nutzung zusätzlicher Services angepasst. La casa está bien y funcionalmente amueblada con una espaciosa cocina / comedor. Desde el salón hay acceso directo a una terraza cubierta. Hay acceso gratuito al parque acuático. Es posible que se le cobre un depósito reembolsable cerca de la fecha de entrada. Este depósito cubre el consumo de suministros durante su estancia y cualquier servicio adicional que pueda utilizar. El importe final se ajustará en función de las lecturas reales del contador, el uso real de servicios adicionales y cualquier saldo restante se reembolsará en un plazo de 21 días tras la salida.

La maison est bien meublée et fonctionnelle avec une cuisine / salle à manger spacieuse. Depuis le salon il y a un accès direct à une terrasse couverte. L'accès au parc aquatique est gratuit. Un dépôt remboursable peut être demandé à l’approche de votre date d’arrivée. Ce dépôt couvre la consommation des services publics pendant votre séjour ainsi que les services supplémentaires éventuellement utilisés. Le montant final sera ajusté en fonction des relevés de compteurs réels, de l’utilisation effective des services supplémentaires, et tout solde restant sera remboursé dans un délai de 21 jours après le départ.

Un deposito rimborsabile potrebbe essere addebitato in prossimità della data di check-in. Questo deposito copre i costi dei consumi durante il soggiorno e di eventuali servizi aggiuntivi utilizzati. Dom jest dobrze i funkcjonalnie urządzony z przestronną kuchnią/jadalnią. Z salonu jest bezpośrednie wyjście na zadaszony taras. Dostęp do parku wodnego jest bezpłatny.
