Here you can fit both the children and the family. 7 beds + the possibility of extra beds (2 extra mattresses are available) make this house a perfect option for both summer holidays, Christmas celebrations or other holidays. The house was completely renovated in 2014. On the entrance level you will find the social areas in the form of a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two living rooms and one of the house's bathrooms. One living room has a tiled stove and TV, the other living room offers a bed and an electric piano. The bathroom on the ground floor has WC, bathtub, shower and washing machine. The kitchen has all the equipment you need for a successful stay. Upstairs you will find the house's second bathroom with a WC. The upstairs 4 bedrooms can accommodate a total of 6 people. Two of the bedrooms each have a single bed and the other two bedrooms each have a double bed. Right next to the dwelling house you will find a newly built sauna house. The sauna can accommodate 6 people. In front of the house you have a large lawn that is perfect for summer play, or why not move the outdoor furniture here and enjoy the Swedish summer to the sound of birds chirping and stillness. Charcoal grill is available to borrow. 1km away you will find the bathing area at Holmedalssjön with sandy beach. If you want to take a trip out on the lake, it includes a rowing boat and 4 life jackets to borrow. Fishing licenses are bought by the neighbor. The whole of Holmedal as a community is incredibly beautiful and is plenty of small excursion destinations and ice cream servings. Årjängs Golf Course is located 3km from the house and shopping / grocery store you will find at Töcksfors Shopping Center (8km). In Årjäng (16km) there is a large selection of activities such as golf, padel, newly built bathhouse and much more. In the vicinity of Årjäng you will also find the popular restaurant Thorills "Here we cook food that we ourselves like to eat." A warm welcome!

Machen dieses Haus zu einer perfekten Option für Sommerferien, Weihnachtsfeiern oder andere Feiertage. Auf der Eingangsebene finden Sie die große, gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Esszimmers, zwei Wohnzimmer und eines der Badezimmer des Hauses. Ein Wohnzimmer hat einen Kachelofen und TV, das andere Wohnzimmer bietet ein Bett und ein E-Piano. Das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein WC, eine Badewanne, eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche verfügt über alle Geräte, die Sie zur Selbstverpflegung benötigen. Eine Etage höher finden Sie das zweite WC des Hauses. Die 4 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss bieten Platz für insgesamt 6 Personen. Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind jeweils mit einem Einzelbett, die anderen zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Direkt neben dem Wohnhaus befindet sich eine neu erbaute Saunahütte. Die Sauna bietet Platz für max. 6 Personen. Vor dem Haus haben Sie eine große Wiese, die sich perfekt zum Spielen eignet, oder warum nicht die Gartenmöbel hierher stellen und den schwedischen Sommer bei Vogelgezwitscher und im Grünen genießen. Holzkohlegrill zum Ausleihen vorhanden. Nur 1 km entfernt finden Sie das Badeufer am See Holmedalsjön mit Strandlinie. Wenn Sie einen Ausflug auf dem See unternehmen möchten, sind ein Ruderboot und 4 Schwimmwesten zum Ausleihen inklusive. Angelschein wird vom Nachbarn gekauft. Ganz Holmedal als Gemeinde ist unglaublich schön und hat viele kleine Ausflugsziele und Eisdielen.
