This holiday cottage is located in the countryside, a few km south of Fengersfors in the beautiful landscape of Dalsland. The plot is situated on a height, here you can be by yourselves in peace and quiet with a nice view over forests and meadows. The fantastic nature in the surroundings has been featured in Astrid Lindgren's famous film "Ronja Rövardotter". You enter the cottage via the patio to a large hall, and further on from the hallway through the bedroom into the living room and kitchen. There is a dining area, a cozy fireplace and a sofa with a TV. The cottage has two patios with ceilings, perfect to enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee. A south-facing patio and one in the north, which you reach from the living room. In one of the bedrooms there is a bunk bed (a family bed) where the bottom bed is 120 cm wide and in the other bedroom there is a single bed. In the living room, there is a double sofa bed. From the hall you also enter the bathroom with wc and shower. Enjoy the silence and serenity here, with a cup of morning coffee or a delicious dinner during the lovely summer evenings on one of the patios. If any day would be chilly, you have the opportunity to make a fire and listen to the cozy crunch from the fireplace while you feel the heat spread in the cottage. During your stay here you can rent the owner's rowing boat which is by the lake Ärr, about 3 km away, for lovely baths and fishing trips. You can explore the shores of the lake and with some luck you can get a perch or pike (fishing license is required). A nice bathing spot with a jumping tower in the lake is Knarrbysjön, about 6 km away. Lake Ärr is part of Dalsland's canal and lake system. If you wish visit places out of here, you can visit “Not Quite” in Fengersfors, where they continuously working on transforming the old mill into a varied excursion. Here the visitors can meet arts and crafts in a different raw factory environment, in the garden, in galleries and even in Café and Bistro. You have about 15 minutes’ drive to the small town of Åmål with cafés, restaurants, shops and a rich selection of culture and leisure activities. A weekend in July is the annual Åmål Blues Festival. For golfers, it is only 20 km to Forsbacka Golf Course. Even during the winter period there are things to do in the area, for example opportunity to visit Åmål ski center, only about 15 km away. Gemütliches, traditionelles Ferienhaus auf dem Lande in Vallsjön, einige km südlich des Ortes Fengersfors im herrlichen Bezirk Dalsland. Das Haus liegt oben auf einer Anhöhe, ohne Einblick von neugierigen Nachbarn und ideal, um ungestört zu entspannen! Es bietet zudem schönen Ausblick in die landschaftlich reizvolle Natur ringsum, die u.a. in einer Verfilmung der Geschichte von "Ronja Räubertochter" als Kulisse gedient hat. Zutritt zum Haus über den überdachten Sitzplatz draußen. Dahinter liegt eine große Eingangsdiele. Von dort hat man Zugang zu einem Durchgangszimmer, das als Schlafraum dient. Weiter geht in es in den großen Küchen-/Wohnbereich des Hauses mit Essecke, Kamin und Sitzecke. Draußen stehen am Haus zwei überdachte Sitzplätze bereit, einmal nach Süden und einmal nach Norden ausgerichtet. In einem der Schlafzimmer steht eine sogenannte Familienkoje mit extra breitem Schlafplatz (120 cm) unten bereit. Außerdem doppelte Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich vorhanden. Von der Eingangsdiele hat man auch Zutritt zum modernisierten Badezimmer des Hauses mit Dusche/WC. Erholen Sie sich draußen an der frischen Landluft und genießen Sie die herrliche Natur ringsum! An warmen Sommertagen kann man bis spät abends draußen sitzen, an kühleren Abenden sich hingegen vor das knisternde Feuer im Kamin des Hauses zurückziehen. Das Ruderboot des Hauseigentümers kann für Ausflüge angemietet werden und liegt etwa 3 km weiter, am See Ärr vertäut. Falls ein Angelausflug unternommen werden möchte, muss vorher ein Angelschein erworben werden. Der See Knarrbysjön, etaw 6 km vom Haus, gilt als guter Badesee, mit Sprungturm draußen im Wasser. Etwa 15 Autominuten sind es zur kleinen Ortschaft Åmål mit Läden, Gaststätten etc. Dort gibt es auch kulturelle Angebote zu entdecken, z.B. alljährlich im Juli das Åmål Bluesfestival. Im Winter kann man nur ca. 15 km weiter das Skicenter von Åmål aufsuchen. Erholsame und zugleich erlebnisreiche Urlaubstage in schöner Natur und mit diversen Ausflugszielen in Reichweite erwarten Sie in dieser familienfreundlichen Unterkunft.
Bonita casa de campo ubicada en el campo en Vallsjön, a pocos kilómetros al sur de Fengersfors en la encantadora Dalsland. La cabaña está ubicada en una colina con parcela sin transparencia, aquí puede estar en paz y tranquilidad. Cuando viva aquí, podrá alquilar el barco del propietario que se encuentra junto al lago Ärr, a unos 3 km de distancia, para disfrutar de maravillosas excursiones para nadar y pescar. Domek położony na wzniesieniu z działką bez przeźroczystości, tutaj możesz być dla siebie w ciszy i spokoju. Ładny widok na las i łąkę oraz fantastyczną przyrodę w okolicy, którą widzieliśmy w słynnym filmie Astrid Lindgren „Ronja Rövardotter”. Do domku wchodzi się przez patio do dużego przedpokoju, dalej z przedpokoju przez sypialnię do tzw. dużej chaty i kuchni. Jest jadalnia, kominek i kącik wypoczynkowy z TV. Domek posiada dwa zadaszone tarasy, na których można wypić filiżankę świeżo parzonej kawy. Jedno patio skierowane na południe i jedno na północ, do którego prowadzi wyjście z głównego domku.
