Holiday cottage with amazing location in 1st row to a very child-friendly beach. The house has high-vaulted ceilings which help provide great lighting in the living room. Open kitchen facing the dining/living room with wood-burning stove, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, mezzanine and a bedroom in the annex. The terrace faces the ocean where you can enjoy the sound of the ocean and the sun setting. The table tennis and darts can be played outside in good weather. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Außerdem Bad mit angenehmer Fußbodenheizung sowie zwei Schlafzimmer und einen Hems mit jeweils zwei Schlafplätzen im Haus. Nebenan auf dem Strandgrundstück steht ein separater Annex mit zwei weiteren Schlafplätzen bereit. Die Terrassenfläche ist zur Wasserseite hin ausgerichtet, die Wellen daher hör- und der Sonnenuntergang sichtbar. Bei gutem Wetter können Tischtennisplatte und Dartscheibe im Freien genutzt werden.Kurz vor Ihrem Ankunftsdatum kann eine rückzahlbare Kaution erhoben werden. Die Kaution stellt sicher, dass Ihr Aufenthalt reibungslos verläuft, und deckt eventuelle Zusatzleistungen oder Verbrauchskosten ab.Diese Kaution deckt den Verbrauch von Nebenkosten während Ihres Aufenthalts sowie zusätzliche in Anspruch genommene Leistungen ab.Der endgültige Betrag wird anhand der tatsächlichen Zählerstände und Nutzung zusätzlicher Services angepasst. La casa tiene un techo inclinado que proporciona una luz gloriosa en la sala de estar. Cocina abierta al comedor / sala de estar con estufa de leña, baño, 2 dormitorios, altillo y un 3er dormitorio en el anexo. La terraza da al agua, donde el sonido de la ducha del mar y la puesta de sol se pueden disfrutar en la terraza al máximo. Se puede jugar al ping-pong y a los dardos al aire libre cuando hace buen tiempo. Es posible que se le cobre un depósito reembolsable cerca de la fecha de entrada. Este depósito cubre el consumo de suministros durante su estancia y cualquier servicio adicional que pueda utilizar. El importe final se ajustará en función de las lecturas reales del contador, el uso real de servicios adicionales y cualquier saldo restante se reembolsará en un plazo de 21 días tras la salida.
Maison de vacances avec un emplacement fantastique au premier rang d'une plage de sable très adaptée aux enfants. La maison a un plafond mansardé qui fournit une lumière glorieuse dans le salon. Cuisine ouverte face à la salle à manger/salon avec poêle à bois, salle de bain, 2 chambres, mezzanine et une 3ème chambre dans l'annexe. La terrasse fait face à l'eau, où le bruit de la douche de mer et le coucher du soleil peuvent être appréciés au maximum sur la terrasse. Le tennis de table et les fléchettes peuvent être installés à l'extérieur par beau temps. Un dépôt remboursable peut être demandé à l’approche de votre date d’arrivée. Ce dépôt couvre la consommation des services publics pendant votre séjour ainsi que les services supplémentaires éventuellement utilisés. Le montant final sera ajusté en fonction des relevés de compteurs réels, de l’utilisation effective des services supplémentaires, et tout solde restant sera remboursé dans un délai de 21 jours après le départ.

Cucina a vista fronte pranzo/soggiorno con stufa a legna, bagno, 2 camere da letto, soppalco e una 3° camera nella dependance. La terrazza si affaccia sull'acqua, dove si può godere appieno del rumore della doccia marina e del tramonto. Con il bel tempo è possibile organizzare ping pong e freccette all'aperto. Un deposito rimborsabile potrebbe essere addebitato in prossimità della data di check-in. Questo deposito copre i costi dei consumi durante il soggiorno e di eventuali servizi aggiuntivi utilizzati. L’importo finale sarà adeguato in base alle letture effettive dei contatori, all’utilizzo reale dei servizi extra, e l’eventuale saldo residuo verrà rimborsato entro 21 giorni dalla partenza.
