This house is called "Storstugan" and is located in a scenic area on a very large forest plot directly above Lake Hjälmsjön. Along a gravel road through beautiful nature, you reach this very special place. At the lake, your boat is moored and ready to be taken out for a fishing trip. It is a good lake for both fishing and swimming. You can choose to swim from the jetty or the beach. The living room with its large windows and the large balcony allows you to enjoy the beautiful nature both inside and outside. Next to the cabin is a smaller cabin that is also rented out. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated and furnished. When you enter the house you step right into the open plan kitchen/ living room, with it's large windows and spacious atmosphere.The living room features wooden walls and a wood burning stove that will keep you nice and warm should the evenings be cold. On the bottom floor you will also find a bedroom with a double bed, and a light and spacious bathroom with a shower cubicle and a washing machine. On the upper floor you will find a combined family room/ bedroom, a smaller bedroom, and the balcony. There is a TV in the family room. The living room and the terrace offer a beautiful view of the lake where your boat awaits you. The lake is well suited for fishing and swimming. Enjoy the scenic nature in the area or why not take a drive to Kullen, Arild or Systrarna på Skäret, a place that is famous for it's delicious coffee and cakes. Or visit Helsingborg and the famous castle Sofiero with it's beautiful park. Other places to visit are Kronborg and the tech museum in Helsingör. There is also a pretty elk park in Markaryd. Vezi mai mult Vezi mai puțin Dieses Ferienhaus, auch Storstugan genannt, liegt auf einem grossem Waldgrundstück oberhalb des Hjälmsees. Auf einem Kiesweg, der Sie durch die wunderschöne Natur führt, gelangen Sie zum Haus. Am See liegt das Boot, das inklusive ist, und will Sie einladen zu einer reizvollen Bootstour oder auch eine Angeltour. Der See bietet gute Angelmöglichkeiten, aber auch schöne Badestellen, z. B. vom Strand oder vom Steg aus. Ein kleineres Haus, das auch vermietet wird, steht nebenan, ansonsten wohnen Sie hier umgeben von schönen Wanderstrecken. Am Seeufer liegt das zugehörige Ruderboot für Bade- und Angelausflüge bereit. Zudem gibt es eine kl. Strandlinie und einen Steg für Badegäste. Ein Teil der großen Veranda des Hauses wurde überdacht und bietet so einen geschützten Platz, z.B. für Grillabende. Im geräumigen Wohnbereich gibt es große Panoramafenster und zudem einen Holzofen für kühlere Abende. Die offen integrierte Küche ist neueren Datums. Außerdem noch 1 SZ und modernes Bad m. Dusche/WC und Waschmaschine im Parterre. Eine Treppe höher liegen 2 weitere Zimmer, eines davon ein kombinierter Schlaf-/Aufenthaltsbereich mit Balkon. Dort ist auch der Fernseher untergebracht. Bitte die vor Ort geltende Mülltrennung respektieren - nähere Infos hierzu liegen im Haus bereit. Unternehmen Sie kürzere oder längere Fahrten in die Umgebung, z.B. zum Kullen, zum malerischen Arild oder zum bekannten Café "Systrarna på Skäret", bekannt für guten Kaffee und leckeren Kuchen. Etwas außerhalb von Helsingborg findet man Schloss Sofiero mit seinem sehenswerten Park. Per Fähre erreicht man die dänische Stadt Helsingør mit ihrem Schloß Kronborg, bekannt durch Shakespeares Hamlet. Möchte man 100% sicher gehen, einen Elch in seinem Schwedenurlaub zu sehen, sollte man den Älgpark in Markaryd aufsuchen. Una cabaña más pequeña que no se alquila está al lado. Junto al lago, su bote está amarrado y listo para salir a pescar. Una escalera conduce al piso superior donde hay dos habitaciones, una de las cuales es un dormitorio y una sala de estar combinados con balcón. En la sala de estar puede sentarse y ver la televisión. El área alrededor de la cabaña y el lago ofrece hermosas rutas de senderismo para largas y agradables caminatas. Se pueden hacer viajes cortos o más largos en automóvil a Kullen, el lugar de fresas Arild, la cafetería que es mundialmente famosa y las Hermanas en Skäret, con su buen café y maravillosos pasteles. Fuera de Helsingborg, junto al estrecho, se encuentra Sofiero con su hermoso y famoso parque. Tome el ferry para cruzar el estrecho y visite Kronborg o visite Holger Danske en el sótano o por qué no visitar el museo técnico en Elsinore, que es muy emocionante. Un escalier mène à l'étage supérieur où se trouvent deux pièces, dont l'une est une chambre et un salon combinés avec balcon. Dans le salon, vous pouvez vous asseoir et regarder la télévision. Les alentours du chalet et du lac offrent de beaux sentiers de randonnée pour de longues promenades agréables. Des trajets en voiture courts ou plus longs peuvent être effectués à Kullen, la place des fraises Arild, le café de renommée mondiale et les Sisters on Skäret, avec leur bon café et leurs merveilleux gâteaux. En dehors d'Helsingborg par le détroit se trouve Sofiero avec son magnifique et célèbre parc. Prenez le ferry pour traverser le détroit et visitez Kronborg ou visitez Holger Danske au sous-sol ou pourquoi ne pas visiter le musée technique d'Elseneur qui est très excitant. Fuori Helsingborg dallo stretto c'è Sofiero con il suo bellissimo e famoso parco. Prendi il traghetto attraverso lo stretto e visita Kronborg o visita Holger Danske nel seminterrato o perché non visitare il museo tecnico di Elsinore che è molto eccitante.
