Hay dos dormitorios cada uno con cama de matrimonio (uno de 140 x 200) y dos baños, uno con ducha y el otro con bañera. El apartamento tiene una piscina comunitaria de 10 x 20 metros. La piscina está abierta del 15 de junio al 15 de septiembre. Ubicación muy tranquila y adecuada para los niños. No se alquila a grupos de jóvenes.
