Nice holiday home with great views, right by the Kåsefjord with good fishing opportunities. The house is a detached house built in 1932, renovated in 2007. The holiday home is idyllically located by the fjord on a hilly natural plot with a beautiful, spacious terrace of 200 m². Fantastic views of the fjord, wooded hills and islets. Here you can relax in the sun or prepare the day's catch on the gas grill. From the entrance there is the entrance to the bathroom, which has underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. Cozy living room with TV and efficient oil fireplace. In extension of the living room there is a bright and spacious dining room with a charming, rustic wood stove. Open, well-equipped kitchen with patio door to the southwest-facing terrace. In Kåsefjorden there are rich fishing opportunities, especially sea trout. The holiday home is located approx. 20 km east of Kristiansand which is the nearest town, and approx. 17 km west of Lillesand which is a classic Norwegian southern village. The area offers varied nature experiences, and the Zoo is located approx. 12 km from the house. Local shop approx. 2 km from the house, a larger grocery store in Rona approx. 13 km from the house. Sørlandsparken 16 km away also offers good shopping opportunities. The nearest neighbor is 50 m below the holiday home and in a family with the owner. Parking for 2 cars right next to the house. The house has a basement that is not accessible to guests. The road from the main road to the house is relatively narrow and hilly. The owner's private pier is not intended as a place to stay for guests, but you have access to the sea and a boat for rent from the pier by agreement with the owner. Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit schöner Aussicht! Liegt unmittelbar am Kåsefjord mit guten Angelmöglichkeiten. Das ursprünglich 1932 erbaute Haus wurde 2007 umfassend renoviert. Das Ferienhaus liegt in idyllischer Umgebung am Fjordufer, auf einem hügeligen Naturgrundstück. Die sonnige, etwa 200 m² große Terrassenfläche des Hauses bietet draußen reichlich Platz für die ganze Familie sowie schöne Aussicht zum Fjord und den umliegenden Grünflächen! Draußen stehen Sitzgelegenheiten und ein Gasgrill für die Sonnentage bereit. Vom Flur im Parterre hat man Zutritt zum Badezimmer mit angenehmer Fußbodenheizung sowie Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Außerdem gemütlicher Wohnbereich mit TV und effektivem Öl-Kaminofen. Nebenan helles, ansprechendes Esszimmer mit rustikalem Holzofen. Von der zeitgemäßen Küchenecke hat man Zutritt zur großen Südterrasse. Über eine Treppe gelangt man in die obere Etage mit drei Schlafzimmern; eines mit Doppelbett, das zweite mit zwei Einzelbetten die auch als Doppelbett genutzt werden können, das dritte mit Etagenbett für 3 Personen. Die beiden Kinderbett (für 0-3 Jh.) können in zwei der Schlafzimmer problemlos dazu gestellt werden. Insgesamt gibt es somit Schlafplätze für 7 Personen und 2 Kleinkinder im Haus. Das Ferienhaus liegt reizvoll, inmitten hügeliger, bewaldeter Landschaft und nur 50 m vom Fjordufer. Im Kåsefjord gibt es gute Angelmöglichkeiten und vor allem viel Meerforelle. Sie wohnen hier etwa 20 km östlich der Stadt Kristiansand und etwa 17 km westlich des kleineren Küstenortes Lillesand. Genießen Sie die schöne Landschaft ringsum bei Spaziergängen oder Radausflügen. Das beliebte Ausflugsziel Dyreparken liegt nur ca. 12 vom Ferienhaus. Lebensmittel für den täglichen Bedarf erhält man 2 km vom Haus im örtlichen Kaufmannsladen. Größerer Supermarkt in Rona, etwa 13 km vom Haus. Außerdem bietet das 16 km entfernt SKZ Sørlandsparken gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Weg von der Hauptstraße und zum Haus ist recht schmal und uneben. Das Nachbarhaus, etwa 50 m unterhalb des Ferienhauses, bewohnen Verwandte des Hauseigentümers. Es gibt zwei Stellplätze am Ferienhaus. Die Kelleretage ist nicht zugänglich! Bitte beachten: Der private Anlegesteg des Eigentümers vor Ort kann nur nach vorheriger Absprache mit dem Eigentümer genutzt werden! Ładny dom wakacyjny z pięknymi widokami, tuż przy Kåsefjord, który oferuje dobre możliwości wędkowania. Dom jest domem wolnostojącym wybudowanym w 1932 roku, po remoncie w 2007 roku. Z wejścia na parterze jest dostęp do łazienki z WC, umywalką, kabiną prysznicową i wanną. Oto ogrzewanie podłogowe oraz pralka i suszarka. Dom wakacyjny jest malowniczo położony nad fiordem na pagórkowatej działce naturalnej z pięknym, przestronnym tarasem o powierzchni 200 m².
