This cozy holiday home, with its cozy, feel-good atmosphere, is located in a holiday resort on the outskirts of the small Harz town of Hasselfelde. This family-friendly resort offers the perfect setting for a fun-filled time with all family members. The child-friendly playground invites children to romp around, while mom and dad can relax on the terrace. Your accommodation, with its rustic yet tasteful furnishings, blends perfectly into the beautiful Harz landscape. There are many different activities to enjoy in the immediate vicinity, both summer and winter. During the warm summer months, you can refresh yourself at the Hassefelde Forest Lake Pool, while in winter, you can explore the magical winter wonderland of the Harz on a hike. The climatic health resort of Hasselfelde is located in the heart of the High Harz Mountains. A real attraction is a ride on the Selketalbahn (Selke Valley Railway), which has its own station in the town and is part of the Harz Narrow Gauge Railway Association. Numerous museums and show mines can be found in the region around Hasselfelde, providing a wealth of cultural variety. The newly built sauna house (2023) in the holiday village is available to guests free of charge. Access is granted with the house key. The sauna is open daily from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. (except on the holidays of December 24th and 31st). You can choose between a bio sauna and a Finnish sauna, which can be started simply by pressing a button. Registration in the sauna schedule in the entrance hall is optional. Note: If required, please reserve bed linen or laundry packages at least 7 days before arrival (registration and payment via Belvilla). A baby cot (in addition to the maximum occupancy) and/or high chair must be requested directly with the landlord at least 7 days before arrival and paid in advance (€7 per stay each).

Die familienfreundliche Ferienanlage bietet die perfekten Grundlage für eine abwechslungsreiche Zeit mit allen Familienmitgliedern. Der kinderfreundliche Spielplatz lädt zum Toben ein, während Mama und Papa sich auf der Terrasse gemütlich zurücklehnen können. Ihre Unterkunft fügt sich mit der rustikalen und doch geschmackvollen Einrichtung perfekt in die wunderschöne Landschaft des Harzes ein. Sommers wie winters finden sich in der direkten Umgebung viele verschiedene Aktivitäten. Im Hassefelder Waldseebad können Sie sich während der warmen Sommermonate erfrischen, während Sie im Winter bei einer Wanderung die märchenhafte Winterwelt des Harzes erkunden können. Der Luftkurort Hasselfelde liegt mitten im Hochharz. Eine richtige, kleine Attraktion ist eine Fahrt mit der Selketalbahn, die im Ort einen eigenen Bahnhof hat und zur Verkehrsgemeinschaft der Harzer Schmalspurbahnen gehört. In der Region rund um Hasselfelde finden sich zahlreiche Museen oder auch Schaubergwerke und sorgen für kulturelle Abwechslung. Das neu erbaute Saunahaus (2023) im Feriendorf steht den Gästen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Mit dem Hausschlüssel erhält man Zugang. Die Sauna ist täglich von 16 bis 22 Uhr geöffnet (ausgenommen an den Feiertagen 24.12. & 31.12.). Zur Auswahl stehen eine Bio-Sauna und eine finnische Sauna, die einfach per Knopfdruck gestartet werden können. Eine Eintragung in den Saunaplan im Vorraum ist freiwillig. Hinweis: Bettwäsche oder Wäschepakete falls gewünscht bitte bis spätestens 7 Tage vor Anreise reservieren (Anmeldung u. Zahlung über Belvilla). Babybett (zus. zur Maximalbelegung) und/oder Hochstuhl müssen bei Bedarf bis 7 Tage vor Anreise direkt beim Vermieter angemeldet und vorab an ihn bezahlt werden (jew. EUR 7,- pro Aufenthalt).
