You have a spacious living room with sitting area and large dining table, a separate well-equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. On the covered terrace you can enjoy your barbecue in the shade and then make use of the fenced, privacy-protected pool area with sun loungers and pool house. We recommend having breakfast on the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the vineyard and the hills. Two garage spaces and a large outdoor parking space are reserved for you. The listed stone village of Ménerbes is one of the most beautiful villages in France. Excellent restaurants, small shops, beautiful boutiques and a colourful farmers' market (Thursdays) await you here. Visit the surrounding picturesque stone villages of Gordes, Bonnieux and Lacoste, and the ochre rocks of Roussillon. In Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, the crystal clear Sorgue River rises from the largest karst spring in the world (20 km, canoe rental). The nearby town of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, also called the Venice of Provence because of its paddle wheels and canals, is well known among antique dealers. Pleasant market every Sunday.

Podrá disfrutar de sus barbacoas a la sombra en la terraza cubierta, y luego aprovechar al máximo la zona de la piscina cerrada, sin vistas, con sus tumbonas y casa de la piscina. Le recomendamos que desayune en el balcón, que ofrece una hermosa vista de los viñedos y las colinas. Dos plazas de garaje y un amplio aparcamiento exterior están reservados para usted. La propiedad no está vallada. Ménerbes, pueblo de piedra catalogado, es uno de los pueblos más bonitos de Francia. Vous disposez d'un séjour spacieux avec un coin salon et une grande table de salle à manger, une cuisine séparée bien équipée, trois chambres confortables, une salle de bains avec baignoire et douche et des toilettes séparées. Vous pourrez déguster vos grillades à l'ombre, sur la terrasse couverte, et profiter ensuite de l'espace piscine clôturé et sans vis-à-vis avec ses chaises longues et son pool house. Nous vous recommandons de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur le balcon qui offre une jolie vue sur le vignoble et les collines. Deux places de garage et un grand parking extérieur vous est réservé. Le terrain n'est pas clôturé. Le village en pierre classé de Ménerbes est l'un des plus beaux villages de France. D'excellents restaurants, des petits commerces, de jolies boutiques et un marché fermier coloré (le jeudi) vous y attendent. Potrete gustare le vostre grigliate all'ombra sulla terrazza coperta, per poi approfittare dell'area piscina recintata e non affacciata, con le sue sedie a sdraio e la pool house. Vi consigliamo di fare colazione sul balcone, che offre una bella vista sui vigneti e sulle colline. Due posti garage e un ampio parcheggio esterno sono riservati a voi. La proprietà non è recintata. Il villaggio di Ménerbes, classificato come villaggio in pietra, è uno dei più bei villaggi della Francia. We raden je aan om te ontbijten op het balkon, dat een prachtig uitzicht biedt op de wijngaarden en heuvels. Twee garageplaatsen en een grote parkeerplaats buiten zijn voor je gereserveerd. De woning is niet omheind. Het monumentale stenen dorp Ménerbes is een van de mooiste dorpen van Frankrijk. Uitstekende restaurants, kleine winkeltjes, mooie boetiekjes en een kleurrijke boerenmarkt (donderdag) wachten op je.
