For the best time, the holiday, we offer you this small holiday apartment as a comfortable home. It is on the top floor of a small condominium. The apartment has a double bed and a couch for two people. From your balcony you can enjoy the good air of the Upper Sauerland in peace and quiet. The small kitchen has everything you need for catering on vacation. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The holiday complex is located directly at the entrance to the ski area and the hiking trails. An in-house swimming pool/pool and a sauna are available, subject to availability. If you haven't done enough during the day, you can let off steam at table tennis. The room is also in the basement under the "59". There is also a washing machine available for a fee. In the basement next to it is a drying room. With the Sauerland Card, which you will receive from us when you arrive, you can travel by train and bus for free. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the "Am Herrloh" ski lift and the ski lift carousel, opposite the "Der Brabander" hotel below the St.-Georg Schanze. Only a few minutes' walk to the adventure mountain Kappe with the bobsleigh run, the bike park, the summer toboggan run and the climbing forest. The center with its numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. You can eat, drink and celebrate in the numerous bistros, restaurants, discotheques and après-ski venues in the vicinity. For those who don't want to walk so much, we have a bus stop (town hall) almost in front of the door. The stop is served by almost all major lines. Das Appartement hat ein Doppelbett sowie eine Couch für zwei Personen. Von Ihrem Balkon können Sie in aller Ruhe die gute Luft des Hochsauerlandes genießen. Die kleine Küche verfügt über alles notwendige zur Verpflegung im Urlaub. Im Bad gibt es eine Dusche, WC und ein Waschbecken. Die Feriensanlage liegt direkt am Einstieg zum Skigebiet und zu den Wanderwegen. Ein hauseigenes Schwimmbad/Pool sowie eine Sauna stehen – je nach Verfügbarkeit – zur Verfügung. Wer noch nicht genug getan hat im Laufe des Tages, kann sich beim Tischtennis austoben. Der Raum befindet sich ebenfalls im Keller unter der „59“. Weiter steht dort auch eine Waschmaschine gegen Gebühr bereit. Im Keller daneben ist ein Trockenraum. Mit der Sauerland Card, welche Sie bei Ihrer Anreise über uns erhalten, fahren Sie kostenlos Bahn und Bus. Das Haus befindet sich in direkter Nähe zum Skilift "Am Herrloh", sowie zum Skiliftkarrussell, gegenüber dem Hotel “Der Brabander” unterhalb der St.-Georg Schanze. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Erlebnisberg Kappe mit der Bobbahn, dem Bikepark, der Sommerrodelbahn und dem Kletterwald. Auch das Zentrum mit seinen zahlreichen Geschäften, Boutiquen und Restaurants ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Essen, Trinken und Feiern können Sie in den zahlreichen Bistro’s, Restaurants, Diskotheken und Aprés-Ski Lokalitäten, welche sich in naher Umgebung befinden. Für diejenigen, welche nicht so viel laufen möchten, haben wir eine Bushaltestelle (Rathaus) fast vor der Tür. Die Haltestelle wird von fast allen wichtigen Linien angefahren. Le complexe de vacances est situé directement à l'entrée du domaine skiable et des sentiers de randonnée. Une piscine/piscine sur place et un sauna sont disponibles, sous réserve de disponibilité. Si vous n'en avez pas fait assez pendant la journée, vous pouvez vous défouler au tennis de table. La chambre se trouve également au sous-sol sous le "59". Une machine à laver est également disponible moyennant un supplément. Au sous-sol à côté se trouve une salle de séchage. Avec la Sauerland Card, que vous recevrez de notre part à votre arrivée, vous pourrez voyager gratuitement en train et en bus. La maison est située à proximité immédiate du téléski "Am Herrloh" et du carrousel des remontées mécaniques, en face de l'hôtel "Der Brabander" en contrebas du St.-Georg Schanze. À seulement quelques minutes à pied de la montagne d'aventure Kappe avec la piste de bobsleigh, le bike park, la piste de luge d'été et la forêt d'escalade. De kleine keuken heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor de catering op vakantie. De badkamer is voorzien van een douche, toilet en wastafel. Het vakantiecomplex ligt direct aan de ingang van het skigebied en de wandelpaden. Een eigen zwembad/zwembad en een sauna zijn beschikbaar, onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid. Als u overdag niet genoeg heeft gedaan, kunt u zich uitleven met tafeltennis. De kamer bevindt zich eveneens in de kelder onder de "59". Tegen betaling is er ook een wasmachine beschikbaar.
