Well-kept and personally furnished holiday home located on Enø, which has a fixed bridge connection to Karrebæksminde. The cottage has comfortable furnishings as well as free internet and TV with Chromecast in the living room. In the annex there is Apple TV. There is a wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Good, covered terrace with good garden furniture and barbecue and large, open terrace for sunbathing. The plot is undisturbed located at the end of a cul-de-sac with approx. 350 meters via path system to the beach with jetty. There is a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). Not for rent to youth groups. Das Grundstück liegt ruhig und ganz am Ende der Sackgasse, mit nur etwa 350 m Entfernung über einen kleinen Fußpfad zum Strandufer mit Badesteg. Gartentrampolin auf dem Grundstück (Nutzung nur auf eigenes Risiko!). Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht! La cabaña tiene muebles cómodos, así como conexión gratuita a internet y TV con Chromecast en la sala de estar. En el anexo hay Apple TV. Hay una estufa de leña para mayor calidez y comodidad. Buena terraza cubierta con buenos muebles de jardín y barbacoa y amplia terraza abierta para tomar el sol. La parcela está tranquila ubicada al final de un callejón sin salida con aprox. 350 metros por sistema de caminos a la playa con embarcadero. Hay un trampolín (utilizado bajo su propio riesgo / seguro). No se alquila a grupos de jóvenes. Le chalet dispose d'un mobilier confortable ainsi que d'une connexion Internet gratuite et d'une télévision avec Chromecast dans le salon. Dans l'annexe il y a Apple TV. Il y a un poêle à bois pour plus de chaleur et de confort. Bonne terrasse couverte avec de bons meubles de jardin et barbecue et grande terrasse ouverte pour bronzer. Le terrain est calme situé au bout d'un cul-de-sac avec env. 350 mètres via un système de chemin jusqu'à la plage avec jetée. Il y a un trampoline (utilisé à vos risques et périls / assurance).
