The cozy holiday apartment (App.3) is 40 m² in size and is located on the ground floor of the Villa im Park. It has 2 separate bedrooms (a double bed and a single bed) and a living/dining room (with a sofa bed) and offers space for 3-5 people to sleep. The daylight bathroom with shower and the small kitchenette in the hallway complete the apartment. The WiFi has been newly set up. 1 television, CD and DVD player are available. There are also a few CDs, DVDs and games available for our little guests. We look forward to welcoming guests!

Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung (App.3) ist 40 m² groß und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss der Villa im Park. Sie verfügt über 2 separate Schlafzimmer (ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett) und einen Wohn-/Essraum (mit Schlafcouch) und bietet 3-5 Personen Platz zum Schlafen. Das Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und die kleine im Flur liegende Küchenzeile machen die Wohnung komplett. Das WLAN wurde neu eingerichtet. 1 Fernseher, CD-und DVD-Player sind vorhanden. Für unsere kleinen Gäste liegen auch ein paar CDs, DVDs und Spiele bereit. Wir freuen uns auf nette Gäste!
El acogedor apartamento de vacaciones (App.3) tiene 40 m² y está situado en la planta baja de Villa im Park. Tiene 2 dormitorios separados (una cama doble y una cama individual) y un salón/comedor (con sofá cama) y ofrece espacio para que duerman entre 3 y 5 personas. El baño con luz natural y ducha y la pequeña cocina en el pasillo completan el apartamento. El WiFi se ha configurado recientemente. 1 televisor, reproductor de CD y DVD están disponibles. También hay algunos CD, DVD y juegos disponibles para nuestros pequeños huéspedes. ¡Esperamos darle la bienvenida a los huéspedes!
Le confortable appartement de vacances (App.3) mesure 40 m² et est situé au rez-de-chaussée de la Villa im Park. Il dispose de 2 chambres séparées (un lit double et un lit simple) et d'un salon/salle à manger (avec un canapé-lit) et offre un espace pour dormir de 3 à 5 personnes. La salle de bain lumineuse avec douche et la petite kitchenette dans le couloir complètent l'appartement. Le WiFi a été nouvellement configuré. 1 télévision, lecteur CD et DVD sont à disposition. Quelques CD, DVD et jeux sont également disponibles pour nos petits hôtes. Nous avons hâte d'accueillir les invités !

Dispone di 2 camere da letto separate (un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo) e un soggiorno/sala da pranzo (con divano letto) e offre spazio per 3-5 persone. Il bagno luminoso con doccia e il piccolo angolo cottura nel corridoio completano l'appartamento. Il WiFi è stato appena configurato. Sono disponibili 1 televisore, lettore CD e DVD. A disposizione dei nostri piccoli ospiti ci sono anche alcuni CD, DVD e giochi. Non vediamo l'ora di accogliere gli ospiti!
Het gezellige vakantieappartement (App.3) is 40 m² groot en bevindt zich op de begane grond van Villa im Park. Het heeft 2 aparte slaapkamers (een tweepersoonsbed en een eenpersoonsbed) en een woon-/eetkamer (met een slaapbank) en biedt ruimte aan 3-5 personen om te slapen. De daglichtbadkamer met douche en het kleine keukentje in de gang maken het appartement compleet. De WiFi is nieuw ingesteld. Er zijn 1 televisie, cd- en dvd-speler aanwezig. Ook zijn er enkele cd's, dvd's en spelletjes aanwezig voor onze kleine gasten. Wij kijken ernaar uit om gasten te verwelkomen!
Przytulny apartament wakacyjny (zał. 3) ma powierzchnię 40 m² i znajduje się na parterze Villa im Park. Posiada 2 oddzielne sypialnie (łóżko podwójne i łóżko pojedyncze) oraz salon/jadalnię (z rozkładaną sofą) i oferuje miejsce do spania dla 3-5 osób. Dopełnieniem apartamentu jest jasna łazienka z prysznicem oraz mały aneks kuchenny na korytarzu. Wi-Fi zostało nowo skonfigurowane. Dostępny jest 1 telewizor, odtwarzacz CD i DVD. Dla naszych małych gości przygotowaliśmy także kilka płyt CD, DVD i gier. Z niecierpliwością czekamy na gości!
