The country house stands on the plateau of a hill, surrounded by a large meadow lined with oak and cork trees. You can see Massa Marittima with the mountains of Montieri and Le Cornate in the hinterland, and gently undulating Tuscan landscape with vineyards, olive groves, and even the sea and the island of Elba. There is peace and quiet here, picturesque landscapes and you are not far from famous sights because there are good transport connections here. On the highway that runs along the coast you can easily reach many cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Rome or Etruscan archaeological sites such as Roselle, Populonia... The sea can be reached quickly on a straight route. Follonica beach is accessible almost everywhere and is surrounded by pine trees. Beautiful swimming spots can also be found in Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia or in the Bay of Baratti. 7 km away is the lake Lago dell’ Accessa. The restored house has several terraces and a natural garden. The holiday apartment with a spacious area of 70m² is furnished with furniture in the traditional Tuscan style.

Das Landhaus steht auf dem Plateau eines Hügels, umgeben von einer großen Wiese, die von Eichen und Korkeichen gesäumt ist. Man erblickt Massa Marittima mit den Bergen Montieri und Le Cornate im Hinterland, und sanft gewellte toskanische Landschaft mit Weinbergen, Olivenhainen, und sogar das Meer und die Insel Elba. Es gibt hier Ruhe, malerische Landschaft und dabei ist man nicht weit von berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten, weil es hier gute Verkehrsanbindungen gibt. Auf der Autobahn, die sich die Küste entlang zieht, kann man bequem viele Städte erreichen, wie Pisa, Lucca, Rom oder auch etruskische Ausgrabungsstätte wie Roselle, Populonia ... Das Meer ist auf einer geraden Strecke schnell zu erreichen. Der Strand von Follonica ist fast überall zugänglich und von Pinien umgeben. Schöne Badeplätze sind auch in Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia oder in der Bucht von Baratti zu finden.7 km entfernt befindet sich der See Lago dell’ Accessa. Das restaurierte Haus verfügt über mehrere Terrassen und einen naturbelassenen Garten. Die Ferienwohnung mit einem großzügigen Schnitt von 70m² ist mit Möbeln im althergebrachten Stil der Toskana eingerichtet.
La casa de campo se encuentra en la meseta de una colina, rodeada por un gran prado bordeado de robles y alcornoques. Se puede ver Massa Marittima con las montañas de Montieri y Le Cornate en el interior y el paisaje toscano suavemente ondulado con viñedos, olivares e incluso el mar y la isla de Elba. Aquí hay paz y tranquilidad, paisajes pintorescos y no estás lejos de lugares famosos porque aquí hay buenas conexiones de transporte. Por la autopista que bordea la costa se puede llegar fácilmente a muchas ciudades como Pisa, Lucca, Roma o yacimientos arqueológicos etruscos como Roselle, Populonia... Se puede llegar rápidamente al mar siguiendo una ruta recta. La playa de Follonica es accesible prácticamente desde cualquier lugar y está rodeada de pinos. También se pueden encontrar bonitos lugares para nadar en Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia o en la bahía de Baratti y a 7 km se encuentra el lago dell'Accessa. Puoi vedere Massa Marittima con le montagne di Montieri e Le Cornate nell'entroterra, e il paesaggio toscano dolcemente ondulato con vigneti, uliveti e persino il mare e l'isola d'Elba. Qui c'è pace e tranquillità, paesaggi pittoreschi e non siete lontani da luoghi famosi perché qui ci sono buoni collegamenti di trasporto. Percorrendo l'autostrada che costeggia la costa si possono facilmente raggiungere numerose città come Pisa, Lucca, Roma o siti archeologici etruschi come Roselle, Populonia... Il mare si raggiunge velocemente con un percorso rettilineo. La spiaggia di Follonica è accessibile quasi ovunque ed è circondata da una pineta. Bellissimi posti per nuotare si trovano anche a Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia o nella Baia di Baratti, mentre a 7 km si trova il Lago dell'Accessa. Je kunt Massa Marittima zien met de bergen van Montieri en Le Cornate in het achterland, en het zacht glooiende Toscaanse landschap met wijngaarden, olijfboomgaarden en zelfs de zee en het eiland Elba. Er heerst hier rust, schilderachtige landschappen en je bent niet ver van bekende bezienswaardigheden omdat er goede vervoersverbindingen zijn. Via de snelweg die langs de kust loopt, kunt u gemakkelijk vele steden bereiken, zoals Pisa, Lucca, Rome of Etruskische archeologische vindplaatsen zoals Roselle, Populonia...
