Next door there is a fully furnished separate studio, with a large comfortable sofa bed, shower and kitchenette. All arriving guests receive a welcome drink with a fruit basket. You park your car privately in front of the villa.

Fernsehn, Radio, CD unterhaltungs Spiele und Bücher im geräumigen und klimatizierten Wohnzimmer. Die modern eingerichtete Küche hat eine Geschirr- und Waschmaschine und mehrere elektrische Utensilien. Nebenan gibt es ein voll eingerichtetes separates Studio, mit großem komfortablen Sofabett, Dusche und Kochecke. Alle anreisende Gaste erhalten ein Willkommen's Drink mit Obstkorb. Ihr Auto parken sie privat vor der Villa.
