Our house is located at the foot of the Demerkogel on the Sausal Wine Route, is already 170 years old and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The house consists of a living/dining room and a kitchen on the ground floor, as well as two bedrooms with its own bathroom in the attic. The second bedroom with its own bathroom has its own access and is separate to the rest of the living area. In the entrance area there is a small breakfast terrace and a large sun terrace with a wine arbor on the west side below the house. Here is also the pool (7,20x3.75m; 1.10m deep), which invites you to refreshment. A sauna for the cold season rounds off the offer. Attention: the house and property are not barrier -free and not child -friendly!

Unser Haus befindet sich am Fuße des Demmerkogels an der Sausaler Weinstraße, ist bereits 170 Jahre alt und wurde in den letzten Jahren liebevoll renoviert. Das Haus besteht aus einem Wohn-/Esszimmer und einer Küche im Erdgeschoß, sowie zwei Schlafzimmern mit eigenem Badezimmer im Dachgeschoß. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang und ist separat zum restlichen Wohnbereich. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine kleine Frühstücksterrasse und auf der Westseite unterhalb des Hauses eine große Sonnenterrasse mit Weinlaube. Hier befindet sich auch der Pool (7,20x3,75m; 1,10m tief), der zur Erfrischung einlädt. Eine Sauna für die kalte Jahreszeit rundet das Angebot ab. ACHTUNG: Haus und Grundstück sind nicht barrierefrei und nicht kindgerecht!
Nuestra casa está ubicada al pie del Demerkogel en la ruta del vino de Sausal, ya tiene 170 años y ha sido renovado con amor en los últimos años. La casa consiste en una sala de estar/comedor y una cocina en la planta baja, así como dos dormitorios con su propio baño en el ático. El segundo dormitorio con su propio baño tiene su propio acceso y está separado al resto de la sala de estar. En la zona de entrada hay una pequeña terraza de desayuno y una gran terraza solar con un cenador de vino en el lado oeste debajo de la casa. Aquí también está el grupo (7,20x3.75m; 1.10m de profundidad), que lo invita a refrescarse. Una sauna para la temporada de frío se extiende por la oferta. Atención: ¡La casa y la propiedad no son de barrera y no son amigos!
Notre maison est située au pied du Demerkogel sur la route viticole de saunisse, a déjà 170 ans et a été rénovée avec amour ces dernières années. La maison se compose d'une salle de vie / salle à manger et d'une cuisine au rez-de-chaussée, ainsi que de deux chambres avec sa propre salle de bain dans le grenier. La deuxième chambre avec sa propre salle de bain a son propre accès et est séparée du reste du salon. Dans le quartier d'entrée, il y a une petite terrasse du petit-déjeuner et une grande terrasse solaire avec une tonnelle de vin sur le côté ouest sous la maison. Voici également la piscine (7 20x3,75 m; 1,10 m de profondeur), qui vous invite à rafraîchir. Un sauna pour la saison froide élimine l'offre. ATTENTION: La maison et la propriété ne sont pas des barrières et non des enfants!
La nostra casa si trova ai piedi del demerkogel sulla rotta del vino sausale, ha già 170 anni ed è stata rinnovata amorevolmente negli ultimi anni. La casa è costituita da una sala da soggiorno/da pranzo e una cucina al piano terra, oltre a due camere da letto con il suo bagno in soffitta. La seconda camera da letto con il suo bagno ha il suo accesso ed è separata dal resto della zona giorno. Nell'area d'ingresso c'è una piccola terrazza per la colazione e una grande terrazza solare con un pergolato di vino sul lato ovest sotto la casa. Ecco anche il pool (7.20x3,75 m; 1,10 m di profondità), che ti invita a rinfrescare. Una sauna per la stagione fredda si estende sull'offerta. ATTENZIONE: La casa e la proprietà non sono senza barriera e non da bambino!
Ons huis ligt aan de voet van de Demerkogel op de Sausal Wine Route, is al 170 jaar oud en is de afgelopen jaren liefdevol gerenoveerd. Het huis bestaat uit een woon/eetkamer en een keuken op de begane grond, evenals twee slaapkamers met een eigen badkamer op zolder. De tweede slaapkamer met een eigen badkamer heeft zijn eigen toegang en is gescheiden van de rest van de woonkamer. In de ingang is er een klein ontbijtterras en een groot zonterras met een wijn prik aan de westkant onder het huis. Hier is ook het zwembad (7,20x3,75 m; 1,10 m diep), die u uitnodigt om te verfrissing. Een sauna voor het koude seizoen rondt het aanbod af. Aandacht: het huis en het eigendom zijn geen barrière -vrij en niet kind -vriendelijk!
Nasz dom znajduje się u podnóża Demerkogel na szlaku wina w Sausal, ma już 170 lat i został z miłością odnowiony w ostatnich latach. Dom składa się z żywej/jadalni i kuchni na parterze, a także dwóch sypialni z własną łazienką na poddaszu. Druga sypialnia z własną łazienką ma swój własny dostęp i jest niezależna od reszty salonu. W strefie wejściowej znajduje się mały taras śniadaniowy i duży taras słoneczny z winiarnią po zachodniej stronie pod domem. Oto także pula (7,20 x 3,75 m; głębokość 1,10 m), która zaprasza do odświeżenia. Sauna na zimny sezon okrąża ofertę. Uwaga: dom i nieruchomości nie są bez barier i nie są przyjazne dla dzieci!
