The modern and family-friendly holiday apartment (with a separate entrance) is located in the health resort of Oy-Mittelberg in a new development area and was completed in 2021. The house was built using ecological solid wood construction and has underfloor heating and a central ventilation system. In the spacious living/dining area you can cook together or relax after a strenuous day of skiing. In summer you can enjoy the view of the mountains from your own garden. There are a total of three sleeping spaces, and we are happy to provide you with an additional children's bed for the bedroom. Towels, bed linen, toilet paper and a welcome pack with regional specialties are included in the price.

Nowoczesny i przyjazny rodzinom apartament wakacyjny (z osobnym wejściem) znajduje się w uzdrowisku Oy-Mittelberg na nowym terenie deweloperskim i został ukończony w 2021 roku. Dom wybudowany w oparciu o ekologiczną konstrukcję z litego drewna, posiada ogrzewanie podłogowe i centralny system wentylacji. W przestronnym salonie/jadalni można wspólnie gotować lub zrelaksować się po męczącym dniu spędzonym na nartach. Latem można cieszyć się widokiem na góry z własnego ogrodu. W sumie są trzy miejsca do spania, a my chętnie udostępnimy Państwu dodatkowe łóżko dziecięce do sypialni. W cenę wliczone są ręczniki, pościel, papier toaletowy oraz pakiet powitalny z regionalnymi specjałami.

Die moderne und familiengerecht eingerichtete Ferienwohnung (mit separatem Hauseingang) befindet sich im Kurort Oy-Mittelberg in einem Neubaugebiet, und wurde 2021 fertiggestellt. Das Haus wurde in ökologischer Massivholz-Bauweise errichtet, und verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung sowie eine zentrale Lüftungsanlage. Im großzügigen Wohn-/Essbereich lässt es sich gemütlich gemeinsam kochen oder nach einem anstrengenden Skitag entspannen. Im Sommer genießen Sie den Blick in die Berge aus Ihrem eigenen Garten. Insgesamt sind drei Schlafplätze vorhanden, ein Kinder-Beistellbett für das Schlafzimmer erhalten Sie gerne von uns. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Toilettenpapier und ein Willkommens-Paket mit regionalen Spezialitäten sind im Preis enthalten.
Este apartamento vacacional moderno y familiar (con entrada independiente) se encuentra en el balneario de Oy-Mittelberg, en una nueva zona de desarrollo y se completó en 2021. La casa fue construida con madera maciza ecológica y tiene calefacción por suelo radiante y sistema de ventilación central. En el amplio salón/comedor podréis cocinar juntos o relajaros después de un agotador día de esquí. En verano podrás disfrutar de las vistas a las montañas desde tu propio jardín. En total hay tres plazas para dormir y estaremos encantados de proporcionarle una cama infantil adicional para el dormitorio. El precio incluye toallas, ropa de cama, papel higiénico y un paquete de bienvenida con especialidades regionales.
L'appartement de vacances moderne et familial (avec entrée séparée) est situé dans la station thermale d'Oy-Mittelberg dans une nouvelle zone de développement et a été achevé en 2021. La maison a été construite en bois massif écologique et dispose d'un chauffage au sol et d'un système de ventilation central. Dans le spacieux salon/salle à manger, vous pourrez cuisiner ensemble ou vous détendre après une dure journée de ski. En été, vous pourrez profiter de la vue sur les montagnes depuis votre propre jardin. Il y a un total de trois espaces de couchage et nous sommes heureux de mettre à votre disposition un lit d'enfant supplémentaire pour la chambre. Les serviettes, le linge de lit, le papier toilette et un panier de bienvenue composé de spécialités régionales sont inclus dans le tarif.
L'appartamento moderno e adatto alle famiglie (con ingresso separato) si trova nella località climatica di Oy-Mittelberg in una nuova area di sviluppo ed è stato completato nel 2021. La casa è stata costruita utilizzando una struttura ecologica in legno massiccio e dispone di riscaldamento a pavimento e sistema di ventilazione centrale. Nell'ampio soggiorno/sala da pranzo potrete comodamente cucinare insieme o rilassarvi dopo una faticosa giornata sugli sci. In estate potrete godervi la vista sulle montagne dal vostro giardino. Ci sono in totale tre posti letto e saremo lieti di fornirvi un ulteriore letto per bambini per la camera da letto. Asciugamani, biancheria da letto, carta igienica e un pacchetto di benvenuto con specialità regionali sono inclusi nel prezzo.

Het huis is gebouwd met ecologische massief houtconstructies en is voorzien van vloerverwarming en een centraal ventilatiesysteem. In de ruime woon-/eetkamer kunt u samen koken of ontspannen na een inspannende dag skiën. In de zomer kunt u vanuit uw eigen tuin genieten van het uitzicht op de bergen. Er zijn in totaal drie slaapplaatsen en wij stellen u graag een extra kinderbed voor de slaapkamer ter beschikking. Handdoeken, beddengoed, toiletpapier en een welkomstpakket met regionale specialiteiten zijn bij de prijs inbegrepen.
