Welcome to this homely villa on two floors with an open floor plan and large generous balcony areas in both morning and evening sun as well as a glazed conservatory. Here there are several lovely places for the whole family to hang out, add to that the area is in a quiet and pleasant area with nature right in the middle of the knot and you have all the conditions for a relaxing and wonderful holiday. From here you also have walking distance and cycle paths to nice bathing spots and the summer town's city with all that that entails, such as market stalls, shopping, restaurants, boating, music and much more. In the area there is both a football field and a playground. From the area's common parking lot, you reach the entrance floor via one of the villa's balconies.
