This beautiful and modern apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift. The height will make our guests feel they are sailing over the waves making them enjoy a relaxed and quiet vacation. Because the views from the terrace or from the ceiling-to-floor glass doors of the living are absolutely stunning! In fact, right when you enter the apartment you will be able to admire the horizon, the waves and the breath-taking landscape. It is a spacious open plan area where we find the living-dining room and the kitchen. The latest offers a lot of work space and storage and is equipped with an induction top, oven and more. Then, you will find the huge sofa where you sure will rest and watch the TV after a delicious meal around the dining table. The washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also here. There is a shower bathroom for the whole accommodation and three bedrooms to rest at night, all of them with a closet. One has a bunk bed and a single bed and the other two offer a double bed each -one of them also with an en-suite shower bathroom-. The apartment offers more beds for you to be comfortable. We can provide one baby cot and two high chairs if you need them. Finally, the apartment features ducted air-conditioning. Este hermoso y moderno apartamento se sitúa en un cuarto piso de un edificio con ascensor. Esto es un punto a favor ya que, por ello, este hogar consigue que nuestros huéspedes tengan la sensación de estar navegando sobre el mar y, así, hacerles sentir que de verdad sus vacaciones van a ser relajadas y tranquilas. ¡Y es que las vistas desde la terraza o desde el gran ventanal del interior de la casa son absolutamente impresionantes! De hecho, nada más entrar a la vivienda ya pueden contemplar el horizonte, las olas y, en definitiva, un paisaje alucinante. Se trata de una estancia muy amplia que unifica una cocina de ensueño con una amplia zona de estar y la zona de comedor. En la cocina disponen de mucho espacio para cocinar, mucho almacenaje y cocina de inducción, horno y mucho más. Luego, tienen un enorme sofá donde seguro se van a tumbar a descansar o a ver la televisión de lo más a gusto, tras un buen banquete degustado en la cómoda mesa de comedor. En este mismo espacio se encuentran la lavadora, la secadora, la plancha y la tabla de planchar para cuidar su vestimenta. Hay un baño con ducha que da servicio a todo el alojamiento y tres habitaciones para que descansen, todas ellas con armario.
