The plot has large grass areas for games and play, as well as a large patio deck by the house and a lovely pool with a sun deck around. The pool is 4x8 meters and approx. 1.5 m deep. The ground floor has an open plan, with dining table, large sofa with TV and comfortable armchairs in front of the soapstone fireplace, for chilly evenings. A laundry room is in an adjoining room with access to the balcony deck. On the balcony there is lounge furniture and dining areas, both under cover and outside. There is a lot to do at Ingarö, Stockholm's best sea bath is a few km from the house. There are long sandy beaches and shallow water, so it is suitable for families with children. There is also a restaurant and ice cream bar here. Why not go to Säby farm and buy apple must and take a look at the farm shop and shop for something good for the evening. If you want to take a trip into Stockholm, the bus leaves 50 meters from the house.
