A warm welcome to a charming accommodation with only 30 m to the sea and with a view of the water. The house is for two people who want the best location and absolute proximity to the sea and beach. Your accommodation is located in a summer idyll. Not far from the cottage is Mellbystrand center with its beach hotel and small shops and restaurants. In the northern part is Hökafältet, a valued nature reserve with several exercise loops and walking paths. To the south, the development turns into Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. Nearby there is a shopping center and in the area there are a large number of summer activities, e.g. tennis, paddle and mini golf. If you get tired of the sea, there is a pool about 2 km from your accommodation. By the pool there is also a kiosk with simple refreshments and there is an entrance to this area. At the square in Skummelövstrand there is a small grocery store and cafes. The charming town of Laholm offers cobbled streets and cozy shopping streets. There is a lot to do and see here. Das Haus ist für zwei Personen gedacht, die die beste Lage und absolute Nähe zum Meer und Strand wünschen. Ihre Unterkunft liegt in einer Sommeridylle. Nicht weit vom Ferienhaus entfernt liegt das Zentrum von Mellbystrand mit seinem Strandhotel sowie kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants. Im nördlichen Teil liegt Hökafältet, ein wertvolles Naturschutzgebiet mit mehreren Übungsrunden und Wanderwegen. Im Süden geht die Siedlung in das Sommerzentrum von Skummeslövstrand mit mehreren Restaurants, einem Geschäft und einer Bäckerei über. In der Nähe gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum und in der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Sommeraktivitäten, z.B. Tennis, Paddle und Minigolf. Wenn Sie das Meer satt haben, gibt es etwa 2 km von Ihrer Unterkunft entfernt ein Schwimmbad. Am Pool gibt es auch einen Kiosk mit einfachen Erfrischungen und es gibt einen Eingang zu diesem Bereich. Am Platz in Skummelövstrand gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen und Cafés. Die charmante Stadt Laholm bietet Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen und gemütliche Einkaufsstraßen.
