L'extérieur de la maison est très spacieux, avec une grande variété d'arbres et de plantes, en plus de 350 m2 de pelouse. Rénovée en 2003 sur une ancienne construction de 1910, cette maison développe 230 m2 sur un terrain de 25 000 m2. Il dispose d'une piscine et de grands espaces verts. Le mobilier et l'équipement de la maison ont le charme de la tradition majorquine. Dans l’ensemble, c’est une bonne opportunité de profiter d’un environnement très calme et en même temps d’un accès facile aux plages et criques de Majorque. La cuisine-salle à manger est un espace idéal pour être avec vos proches. Il dispose d'une grande et très spacieuse table majorquine. Sa cuisine est très spacieuse et pratique, et dispose de tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour pouvoir cuisiner sans problème : mixeur, cafetière, grille-pain, presse-agrumes, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, cuisinière à gaz, réfrigérateur-congélateur, etc. Dans l'espace buanderie, vous trouverez le lave-linge, un fer et une table à repasser. La maison dispose de 6 chambres confortables, réparties sur deux étages. Au rez-de-chaussée, nous trouvons deux chambres avec un lit double et deux avec deux lits simples. Toutes disposent d'un ventilateur et deux ont accès au jardin. Deux salles de bains avec douche complètent le rez-de-chaussée. Au premier étage, nous trouvons un salon et deux chambres, une avec un lit double, une armoire et une salle de bain en suite avec douche et sauna privé pour vos moments de détente, et l'autre avec un lit simple. Un lit bébé et une chaise haute sont disponibles sur demande. L'emplacement de la maison est situé entre Felanitx et Vilafranca, c'est un environnement rural avec une activité agricole et à proximité de nombreuses plages et criques de Majorque. C'est une façon authentique de connaître Majorque. À seulement 8,6 km, vous trouverez Felanitx, une charmante grande ville majorquine avec des supermarchés, des restaurants et tout le reste pour un séjour indépendant. En voiture, vous pouvez rejoindre de nombreuses plages de rêve, par ex. Cala Marçal, Cala Mandia, Portocristo, Es Trenc ou Cales de Majorque.
