The wonderful swimming pool of this villa, completely surrounded by grass, and the amazing mountain views, turns this property into a delightful retreat, perfect for a pleasant stay in the island. The chlorine swimming pool is 10 m x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 2.10 m. There is beautiful Majorcan stone surrounding the pool. There are up to 8 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas, perfect to drink a glass of wine or read a book, as well as sunbathing. After a delicious barbecue or after playing ping-pong on the porch, you can cool yourself off in the outside shower. The building, with a simple indoor and outer style, has a large dining room which leads to the comfortable living room and to the kitchen, which has a wonderful bar with stools. You can relax in the hall while watching a film on the satellite-tv, on the dvd player or listening to your favourite cd’s. This are all things you can do after preparing and enjoying a mediterranean recipe on the glass-ceramic hob. The laundry has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are four bedrooms with air conditioning and wardrobe. Two of them are on the ground floor and two in the first floor. One of the bedrooms which is downstairs has a double bed, a bathroom en suite with a shower, and space to put a cot and a high chair. The other bedroom has two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub complete the main floor. The two other bedrooms are located on the first floor, which access is from outside and from the terrace. Both have two single beds and the last one has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub too. Puerto de Pollença is a peaceful destination and an unique place to enjoy the beach, the sun, and to learn some history. There is a beach located at just 4.5 km of the house, even if we recommend you to visit the extraordinary Formentor beach, with crystalline water and a fabulous lookout. Cala de Sant Vicenç is a small urbanisation. In the summer it’s touristic even if the thin sand cove and the blue water are an incomparable place to taste a paella next to the sea. Air conditioning hours: from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from 9:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Outside these hours a fee must be paid. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars. La maravillosa piscina de esta villa, completamente envuelta entre césped y unas vistas alucinantes sobre la montaña, se convierte en un rincón paradisíaco perfecto para una agradable estancia en la isla. Con unas dimensiones de 10 m de largo x 4 m de ancho, de cloro y con una profundidad que va desde 1.40 m hasta 2.10 m, ofrece un espacio de hermosa piedra mallorquina a su alrededor con hasta 8 tumbonas y 2 sombrillas ideales para tomar una copa de vino o leer algo además de tomar el sol. Tras una rica barbacoa o una partida de ping pong en el porche, la ducha exterior les invita a refrescarse. La construcción, con un estilo sencillo tanto por dentro como por fuera, cuenta con una amplia zona de comedor al entrar que se abre paso hacia una cómoda sala de estar y hacia la cocina con una estupenda barra americana con taburetes. En el salón podrán descansar acompañados de una película en la televisión por satélite, en el DVD o escuchando sus CD's favoritos en el reproductor. Eso sí, todo ello después de haber preparado y degustado unas nuevas recetas mediterráneas en la vitrocerámica. La lavandería es independiente y pone a su disposición una lavadora, una tabla para planchar y una plancha. Los dormitorios son 4, con aire acondicionado y armarios, dos en la planta baja y dos en la superior. Abajo, encuentran uno con cama de matrimonio, baño en-suite con ducha y posibilidad de alojar una cuna y una trona, y otro con dos camas individuales. Luego otro baño con bañera completa esta planta principal. Por último, en el piso superior, al que sólo pueden acceder a través del exterior y de la terraza, tienen las otras dos habitaciones, una con dos camas simples y otra con dos camas simples y baño en suite con bañera. El Puerto de Pollença es un destino con un entorno tranquilo y único para gozar de la playa, del sol y conocer mucha historia. Su playa, de hecho, se localiza a unos 4.5 km de la propiedad, aunque les recomendamos visitar la extraordinaria playa de Formentor con aguas cristalinas y su mítico mirador. La Cala de Sant Vicenç es una pequeña urbanización más turística en verano aunque su calita de arena fina y sus aguas azules son incomparables para probar una paella a pie de mar. Ci sono fino a 8 lettini prendisole e 2 ombrelloni, perfetti per bere un bicchiere di vino o leggere un libro, oltre a prendere il sole.
