This is a wonderful Majorcan countryside house. It is very well preserved and it has all the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience! The ‘possessió’ of Son Caldes is located near the town of Llucmajor and is more than 500 years old, which enhances the attractiveness of the place. The main building has three en suite bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining room and a fully furnished kitchen with capacity for all the guests. Some old features of the house have been very well preserved. At the same time, the house is equipped with new electrical appliances, central heating and a mix of new furniture with some restored pieces. There is a wine cellar as well where you will be able to see some hand-made barrels, which were made more than 200 years ago! In front of the main building you will find another house which is part of the whole group. This is a 2-storey house which has a very well decorated living room, a fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the loft there is a bedroom, which is opened to the living room, with closet and two single beds. This building hasn’t got central heating, but there is a fireplace and that maintain the perfect temperature all year-round. The 4 bedrooms have AC. Outside the houses there is a big terrace and the pool area where you can refresh yourself during hot summer days! The terrace is furnished with tables, chairs and sun beds to enjoy dinners with family and friends or just relax sunbathing. There is a natural Mediterranean forest area and views to the countryside from everywhere! A short drive will take you to Palma city center or to beautiful beaches as Es Trenc, Cala Pi and Sa Rápita. The town of Llucmajor is just 1.5 km away and you will be able to find facilities as local markets, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. This house is a charming place which is a little part of the history the island. At the same time, it is adapted to nowadays life and it has the comfort and personality to be the perfect place to spend your holiday! Do not hesitate to visit this vestige of the Mediterranean! Das Haus blickt auf eine Geschichte von mehr als 500 Jahren zurück und überzeugt durch Gemütlichkeit und die rustikale Atmosphäre. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich das Haupthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, alle mit Badezimmer en suite, einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer sowie einer Küche mit Essecke. Zentralheizung gibt es im gesamten Haupthaus. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet Ihnen alle wichtigen Küchenutensilien und Haushaltsgeräte. Wie man auf den Fotos sehen kann, sind die Ausstattung sowie die Möbel der Finca neuwertig, ohne jedoch den ursprünglichen Charme zu verlieren. Viele Dekorationsgegenstände von früher wurden liebevoll restauriert und runden das Gesamtbild des Hauses perfekt ab. Im Haupthaus befindet sich auch ein alter Weinkeller, welcher schon seit über 200 Jahren benutzt wird. Gegenüber des Haupthauses befindet sich ein 2stöckiges Nebengebäude. Es empfängt Sie ein freundlicher Wohn- Essbereich im Erdgeschoss, desweiteren gibt es eine komplette Küche, Badezimmer sowie ein offenes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und Kleiderschrank in der 1. Etage. Ein Kamin komplettieren den Komfort, es gibt jedoch keine Zentralheizung. Da alle Zimmer offen sind, gibt es im Sommer kein Problem mit der Hitze und die kühle Luft kommt überall hin. Außerdem hält sich die Temperatur dank der Steinfassade sehr gut. Alle 4 Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Der Außenbereich besteht aus mehreren Terrassen und dem Poolbereich. Der Salzwasserpool ist 8 m x 4 m gross. Es sind Gartenmöbel sowie Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Wie man auf den Fotos sehen kann, sind eine weitläufige Fläche mit Kieselsteinen und ein Naturgarten mit einheimischen Bäumen und Sträuchern vorhanden. Hier können sich die Kinder so richtig austoben während die Erwachsenen den herrlichen Blick auf die Landschaft genießen. In Soncaldes finden Sie nicht nur alle Annehmlichkeiten für Ihren Urlaub sondern mieten auch ein kleines Stückchen Geschichte. Die Finca überzeugt vor allem durch ihren Charme, die zahlreichen gemütlichen Ecken zum Ausruhen und Verweilen sowie den privaten Pool, wo man wohltuende Abkühlung findet. In weniger als 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen Sie außerdem die Hauptstadt Palma, welche das ganze Jahr über wegen ihrer zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Veranstaltungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten besucht wird. Alle Strandliebhaber erreichen den Karibikstrand Es Trenc, den weitläufigen Sandstrand Sa Rapita oder die wunderschönen Buchten Cala Pi und Cala Blava in ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt. Maravillosa casa de campo mallorquina, muy bien conservada y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Ubicada cerca del pueblo de Llucmajor, se trata de una histórica posesión con más de quinientos años de antigüedad, cosa que realza su encanto y carácter además de ser el lugar ideal donde ir a pasar unas vacaciones. En la finca encontramos el edificio principal que consta de tres dormitorios, todos con baños en suite completos, un gran salón y una cocina comedor, la cual está totalmente equipada y cuenta con una mesa y sillas suficientes para la capacidad de la casa. Todas las habitaciones cuentan con dos camas de individuales de 0,9 x 2 metros, lo cual garantiza plena comodidad. Como se puede comprobar en las fotografías en todas la estancias se ha conservado el encanto de la casa y a su vez se ha equipado con todo lo necesario en electrodomésticos, calefacción central y con todo el mobiliario nuevo combinado con piezas de decoración recién restauradas. En la casa principal también encontramos la preciosa bodega con grandes toneles de vino hechos a mano hace más de doscientos años. Enfrente de la casa principal hay otra casa que forma parte del encantador conjunto. Dicha casa consta de dos alturas y cuenta en la planta baja con un salón comedor deliciosamente decorado, una cocina completa y un baño completo. En el primer piso tiene el dormitorio abierto al salón, que cuenta con dos camas individuales y un armario. En dicho alojamiento chimenea, y al ser un espacio abierto se mantiene en la temperatura deseada en todo momento (en esta casita secundaria no hay calefacción central). Los 4 dormitorios tienen AC. En los exteriores hay amplias terrazas y la zona de la piscina donde refrescarse tranquilamente o tomar el sol. Tiene muebles de terraza y hamacas. Así también hay una zona de garriga, bosque mediterráneo al natural, y toda la finca tiene vistas al campo. La finca tiene un enorme encanto, un trocito de historia de la isla bien conservado y adecuado para la vida actual, cómoda y confortable, con preciosos rincones y elementos que hacen del lugar único en Mallorca donde pasar sus vacaciones.
