The house has a large outdoor patio where you can enjoy a fantastic breakfast or a delicious dinner prepared on the barbecue. All this with a glass of wine and the emblematic views of nature. The house, of about 200 m2, is distributed over three floors, including a living-dining room, a fantastic kitchen and a total of four bedrooms with wardrobe and views of the village, and two bathrooms. Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning. On the ground floor, the warm and spacious kitchen, with direct access to the outside, has all the necessary utensils to cook your favourite dishes, including ceramic hob, industrial appliances and large cupboards. The living-dining room invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa while watching a film on the satellite TV or listening to some music. There is a bathroom with shower and a separate room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. After a couple of steps, there is a bedroom with a double bed. On the next floor, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and the other with two single beds. On the top floor, there is a fourth bedroom with a double bed. A cot and a highchair for a baby are available. You will only have to walk 500 metres to get to the centre of the village, where you can visit its most emblematic building which is the church of Sant Bartomeu, whose beginnings date back to 1236. There is a wide variety of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, where we recommend you to try a delicacy, the prawns, which are the star dish of the area. By tram or bus you can go to Puerto de Sóller and its wonderful sandy beach. Around it there are many beautiful routes and excursions, the most famous being a trip on the old train to Palma, passing through beautiful landscapes and genuine villages until you reach the capital of Mallorca. The Tramuntana has incredible coves, especially rocky ones such as Cala Deià, Llucalcari or Port des Canonge, and small charming villages such as Fornalutx, Biniaraix or Deià. La casa dispone de un gran patio exterior donde podrán disfrutar de un fantástico desayuno o una exquisita cena preparada en la barbacoa. Todo ello junto a una copa de vino y a las emblemáticas vistas a la naturaleza. La vivienda, de unos 200 m2, distribuye sus estancias en tres plantas que incluyen una sala-comedor, una fantástica cocina y un total de cuatro dormitorios con armario y vistas al pueblo, y dos baños. Tanto la sala como los dormitorios disponen de aire acondicionado. En la planta baja, la cálida y amplia cocina, con acceso directo al exterior, cuenta con todos los utensilios imprescindibles para cocinar sus platos favoritos, incluyendo vitrocerámica, electrodomésticos industriales y grandes armarios. La sala-comedor les invita a tomar un descanso en el cómodo sofá mientras ven una película en la televisión satélite o escuchan algo de música. Hay un baño con ducha y una estancia independiente con lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. Tras un par de escalones, hay un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio. En el siguiente piso, encuentran otros dos dormitorios, uno con cama doble y baño en-suite con ducha y bañera, y otro con dos camas individuales. En el último piso, tienen un cuarto dormitorio con cama doble. Es posible una cuna y una trona para un bebé. Tan sólo tendrán que caminar 500 metros para llegar al centro del pueblo, donde pueden visitar su edificio más emblemático que es la iglesia de Sant Bartomeu, cuyos inicios se remontan al año 1236. Hay una gran variedad de supermercados, cafés y restaurantes, donde les recomendamos probar una delicia, las gambas, que son el plato estrella de la zona. En tranvía o en bus pueden ir hasta el Puerto de Sóller y su maravillosa playa de arena. Alrededor de ella hay multitud de rutas y excursiones preciosas; la más famosa, un viaje en el antiguo tren a Palma, pasando por paisajes preciosos y pueblos genuinos hasta llegar a la capital de Mallorca. La Tramuntana cuenta con increíbles calas sobretodo rocosas como Cala Deià, Llucalcari o Port des Canonge y pequeños pueblecitos con muchísimo encanto, como Fornalutx, Biniaraix o Deià. L'accogliente soggiorno e sala da pranzo, con aria condizionata e TV satellitare, offre uno spazio confortevole per il relax o le serate al cinema. C'è anche un bagno con doccia e una lavanderia con lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro a questo livello. Al piano intermedio, a pochi gradini, si trova la prima camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e aria condizionata. Il primo piano ha altre due camere da letto, entrambe con aria condizionata.
