This family villa is the perfect holiday home if you're a big group of people. In this lovely home you'll find all necessary amenities and a lot of space. It has a 50m2 chlorine private exterior pool that's 10m long and 5m wide, a 250m2 paved garden and a nice 10x15 porch. Honestly, there's no lack of space. By the pool you'll find and exterior shower and in the porch you'll be able to share laughs and talks around its big table with lovely views to the main square. On the other side you'll find a second porch made of wood columns and a spacious table for 12 people next to the barbecue. ¡No worries when lunchtime comes! To protect ourselves from the sun you have a parasol and, if you want to get tanned, you can also lay down on some of its 10 sunbeds and really enjoy the Mediterranean weather. A bathroom with shower completes the outdoor area You can also enjoy the company of your local neighbors with whom you'll be able to have a lovely chat and learn more about the traditional habits that allows you to have a unique experience. Inside the villa you'll first see a big hall that connects the living and the dinning room. In the living room you can rest from the Majorcan sun just by turning the air conditioner on while watching satellite TV or enjoying a nice CD beat. When it comes to the dinning room, as we said, it's open along the living room. The sensation of space is amazing and it will allow you to have conversations with each other.The vitro kitchen offers you all of amenities you may need during your stay. In the same kitchen there's a laundry space with washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Arriving to the rest zone you can pick one of its 5 bedrooms. There are 4 with one double bed each. Besides, one of those 4 also has a cot and a high chair just in case you might need it. The fourth room is fitted with two single beds and all rooms have air conditioning to enliven your nights and days in Majorca. You find 3 bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite. Das Haus bietet sich für einen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie oder Freunden an. Der 10m x 5m große Pool wird von einer Terrasse mit zehn Sonnenliegen umgeben, einfach perfekt um sich eine schöne Bräune zuzulegen! Das Wasser wird mit Chlor sauber gehalten und die Tiefe beträgt zwischen 1.3m und 1.5 m. Viel Platz findet man auch auf der Veranda, deren großer Esstisch zu geselligen Tischrunden einlädt. Vielleicht darf es Herzhaftes vom Grill sein? Eine Außendusche sorgt für schnelle Abkühlung zwischendurch. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es eine weitere, kleinere Veranda wo man sich mit guter Lektüre zurückziehen kann. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche vervollständigt den Außenbereich. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und es gibt direkte Nachbarn, die sich gerne auf einen kleinen Tratsch einlassen. Im geräumigen Wohn-Esszimmer ist es dank der Klimaanlage auch im Hochsommer schön kühl. Hier kommt die Familie beim Fernsehen (Satellitenempfang) oder abendessen zusammen, begleitet von guter Musik im CD-Player. Alle Chefs finden in der Küche neben dem Ceranfeld alle wichtigen Utensilien und Haushaltsgeräte, damit das Kochen zum Vergnügen wird. Ebenfalls in der Küche ist die Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett untergebracht, damit es an nichts fehlt. Wenn die Zeit zum schlafen gehen gekommen ist, wählt man hier aus 5 gemütlichen Schlafzimmern aus. 4 davon haben je ein Doppelbett und das fünfte ist mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Supermärkte, Geschäfte und alles Notwendige für einen Urlaub als Selbstversorger findet man in Can Picafort und Puerto de Alcúdia. Eventuelle Nebenkosten müssen beim Anbieter nachgefragt werden. Esta villa familiar es una residencia vacacional ideal si sois un grupo grande. Cuenta con todas las comodidades y un amplio espacio. Con una piscina privada exterior de cloro de 50m2 (10m de largo 5m de ancho, profundidad entre 1.3m a 1.5m), un jardín pavimentado de 250m2 y vallado y un bonito porche podemos decir que amplitud no le falta. Al lado de la piscina encontraremos una ducha exterior y en el porche podremos descansar en su amplia mesa conjuntada con 6 sillas de resina, desde las cuales disfrutaremos de unas excelentes vistas a la plaza. Por otro lado, también encontramos un segundo porche hecho con pilares de madera y una amplia y acogedora mesa para 12 personas situada justo al lado de la barbacoa. ¡Ni una molestia a la hora de comer! Para protegernos del sol encontraremos un parasol, y si lo que queremos es broncearnos también podremos descansar en una de sus 10 tumbonas disfrutando del calor mediterráneo. Un baño con ducha completa la zona exterior. También encontraréis vecinos a un radio próximo con los cuales podréis entablar una agradable conversación y de los cuales podréis aprender los hábitos locales para disfrutar de una experiencia única. Entrando ya en la villa lo primero que vemos es un gran hall que nos lleva al salón y al comedor. En el salón podréis descansar del calor mallorquín con solo encender el aire acondicionado mientras disfrutáis de su televisión por satélite o al son de un buen disco. En cuanto al comedor, se encuentra totalmente abierto al salón, lo que da una sensación de espacio interminable y os facilitará las conversaciones y la interacción. La cocina de vitrocerámica os ofrece una total seguridad además de todos aquellos utensilios que podáis necesitar durante vuestra estancia. Además también encontraréis en el mismo espacio una Cocina-Lavandería con lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar para ir siempre impecables durante vuestras vacaciones. Llegando a la zona de descanso podréis escoger entre uno de sus 5 dormitorios. De ellos, 4 son de matrimonio y uno de ellos dispone de cuna por si fuere necesario. La habitación individual consta de dos camas individuales y todas y cada una de ellas goza de aire acondicionado para amenizar las noches y los días en Mallorca. A la hora de lavarnos encontramos 3 baños con ducha, uno de ellos en suite. Playa de Muro es un rincón idílico de Mallorca formado por blanca arena y aguas cristalinas y turquesas. Es perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones en familia, especialmente con niños pequeños debido a la poca profundidad del agua. Cette villa familiale est la maison de vacances idéale si vous êtes un grand groupe de personnes. Dans cette belle maison, vous trouverez toutes les commodités nécessaires et beaucoup d'espace. Elle dispose d'une piscine extérieure privée au chlore de 50 m2, de 10 m de long et de 5 m de large, d'un jardin pavé de 250 m2 et d'un joli porche de 10 x 15 m. Honnêtement, l'espace ne manque pas. Au bord de la piscine, vous trouverez une douche extérieure et dans le porche, vous pourrez partager des rires et des discussions autour de sa grande table avec de belles vues sur la place principale. De l'autre côté, vous trouverez un deuxième porche en colonnes de bois et une grande table pour 12 personnes à côté du barbecue. Ne vous inquiétez pas quand l'heure du déjeuner arrive ! Questa villa familiare è la casa vacanze perfetta se siete un gruppo numeroso di persone. In questa graziosa casa troverete tutti i comfort necessari e tanto spazio. Ha una piscina esterna privata di 50 m2 con cloro, lunga 10 m e larga 5 m, un giardino pavimentato di 250 m2 e un bel portico di 10x15. Onestamente, non c'è carenza di spazio. A bordo piscina troverete una doccia esterna e nel portico potrete condividere risate e chiacchiere attorno al suo grande tavolo con una splendida vista sulla piazza principale. Dall'altro lato troverete un secondo portico fatto di colonne di legno e un tavolo spazioso per 12 persone accanto al barbecue. ¡Nessun problema quando arriva l'ora di pranzo! Per proteggerci dal sole avete un ombrellone e, se volete abbronzarvi, potete anche sdraiarvi su uno dei suoi 10 lettini e godervi davvero il clima mediterraneo. Un bagno con doccia completa l'area esterna. Potete anche godere della compagnia dei vostri vicini locali con cui potrete fare una bella chiacchierata e saperne di più sulle abitudini tradizionali che vi permettono di vivere un'esperienza unica. All'interno della villa vedrete prima un grande ingresso che collega il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo. Nel soggiorno potrete riposarvi dal sole di Maiorca semplicemente accendendo l'aria condizionata mentre guardate la TV satellitare o godetevi un bel ritmo di CD. Deze familievilla is het perfecte vakantiehuis als u met een grote groep bent. In dit mooie huis vindt u alle benodigde voorzieningen en veel ruimte. Het heeft een chloorvrij privé-buitenzwembad van 50 m2 dat 10 m lang en 5 m breed is, een betegelde tuin van 250 m2 en een mooie veranda van 10x15. Eerlijk gezegd is er geen gebrek aan ruimte. Bij het zwembad vindt u een buitendouche en op de veranda kunt u lachen en praten rond de grote tafel met een prachtig uitzicht op het centrale plein. Aan de andere kant vindt u een tweede veranda van houten pilaren en een ruime tafel voor 12 personen naast de barbecue. Geen zorgen als het lunchtijd is! Om onszelf te beschermen tegen de zon, is er een parasol en als u wilt bruinen, kunt u ook op een van de 10 ligbedden gaan liggen en echt genieten van het mediterrane weer. Een badkamer met douche maakt de buitenruimte compleet. U kunt ook genieten van het gezelschap van uw lokale buren met wie u een leuk gesprek kunt voeren en meer te weten kunt komen over de traditionele gewoonten die u een unieke ervaring bezorgen. Binnen in de villa ziet u eerst een grote hal die de woonkamer en de eetkamer met elkaar verbindt. In de woonkamer kunt u uitrusten van de Mallorcaanse zon door gewoon de airconditioning aan te zetten terwijl u satelliet-tv kijkt of geniet van een mooie cd-beat. Posiada 50 m2 chlorowanego prywatnego basenu zewnętrznego o długości 10 m i szerokości 5 m, 250 m2 brukowanego ogrodu i ładny ganek 10x15. Szczerze mówiąc, nie brakuje miejsca. Przy basenie znajdziesz zewnętrzny prysznic, a na ganku będziesz mógł dzielić się śmiechem i rozmowami przy dużym stole z pięknym widokiem na główny plac. Po drugiej stronie znajdziesz drugi ganek z drewnianych kolumn i przestronny stół dla 12 osób obok grilla. Nie martw się, gdy nadejdzie pora lunchu!
