The first historical record of this estate is dated back to the 19th Century. It has been carefully reformed and features a 10m x 4m chlorine shared pool with a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.8m. Kids will enjoy the childrens' pool (depth: 0.45m). Both pools as well as the terraces, loungers, parasols, the exterior shower and the barbecue are shared with de neighbors. The finca sets in a plot of 32000m2 which is fenced. Enjoy quiet holidays on the countryside, accompanied by your familiy and neighbors. The 45m2-sized studio has a living room with TV (satellite channels available), a basically equipped kitchen with gas stove, dining table, a double bed, closet and a bath with bathtub. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. If a child is coming, we can prepare an extra bed (80cm x 180cm). The estate is set in the North-East of the island, 15 km from Son Serra de Marina Natural Beach. A car is necessary to explore the beautiful north coast and beaches like Colonia de Sant Pere, Playa de Muro and Can Picafort. Die Küche ist nur grundlegend ausgestattet, sodass man kleine Snacks oder ein Frühstück zubereiten kann. Ein Babybettchen und ein Hochstuhl stehen auf Anfrage zur Verfügung. Sollte ein Kind dabei sein, kann ein 80cm x 180cm großes Zustellbett vorbereitet werden. Die Agrotourismus-Finca liegt im zentralen, nordöstlichen Teil der Sonneninsel, ca. 15 km vom Naturstrand von Son Serra de Marina. El estudio de 45m2 consiste en un salón con televisión de satélite, una cocina de gas equipada de manera sencilla, una pequeña mesa y una cama doble, armario y un baño con bañera. Una cuna y una trona están disponibles bajo petición y si vienen con un niño, podemos facilitar una cama extra de 80 cm x 180 cm.
