During the summer it is a refreshing experience swimming in the shared, 10m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.8m. Our small guests enjoy the childrens' pool (0.45m deep). Several shared terraces are the perfect scenery for a barbecue with friends and neighbors, basking in the sun on one of the loungers or using the exterior shower. In the evening, you may fancy moving back a bit and enjoy the tranquility of the private, reed-covered terrace of the apartment. The plot has more than 32000m2 and is fenced. The property has several properties for two or four people. The terrace, furnished with sofa and dining table invites you to enjoy great al fresco dining. A stone-lined arc separetes the kitchen-dining room from the living area. The small kitchen offers a gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and some basic equipment to prepare snacks. You can choose between two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both count with closet and one has space to prepare a cot/high chair. Noch zwei Eckdaten zum Schwimmbad: es ist zwischen 1.1m und 1.8m tief und wird mit Chlor sauber gehalten. Großzügig angelegte Terrassenflächen mit Sonnenliegen, Schirmen, Außendusche und Grill laden zum Plaudern und gemeinsamen Essen mit Familie und Nachbarn ein. Zum Apartment gehört eine kleine, private Terrasse mit Strohdach wo man es sich am Abend bei einem Glas Wein gemütlich machen kann. Das Finca-Grundstück ist über 32000m2 groß und umzäunt. Die Finca bietet verschiedene Wohneinheiten. Die Terrasse mit Sofa und Esstisch lädt zu langen Gesprächen im Freien ein. Ein authentischer Rundbogen aus Stein trennt die Küche-Essbereich vom Wohnzimmer. In der kleinen Küchenzeile finden Sie einen Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und ein paar Utensilien, um Snacks zubereiten zu können. Hier wählen Sie zwischen zwei Schlafzimmern, eines mit Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. La kitchenette con fogones de gas, nevera y cafetera dispone de utensilios muy básicos para preparar pequeños desayunos o meriendas. Ta XIX-wieczna rezydencja została odnowiona w 2014 roku, nie tracąc przy tym autentycznej atmosfery przeszłości i oferuje naszym gościom wyjątkowy dom. W gorące letnie dni można popływać we wspólnym basenie chlorowym o wymiarach 10 m x 4 m i głębokości od 1,1 m do 1,8 m. Najmłodsi mogą korzystać z basenu dla dzieci o głębokości 0,45 m. Kilka wspólnych tarasów zaprasza do grillowania, rozmów i śmiechu z sąsiadami lub rodziną. Parasole i leżaki, a także prysznic na świeżym powietrzu zamieniają tę przestrzeń w oazę, w której można cieszyć się majorkańskim słońcem. Działka jest ogromna i ma ponad 32 000m2 terenu, który jest ogrodzony. Na terenie posesji znajdziemy kilka domów z czterema lub dwoma łóżkami.
