In this charming house you have access to a communal chlorine pool of 8 m x 3 m and with a depth of 1.1 m up to a maximum of 1.9 m. On the terrace there is an outdoor shower, two sunshades and six sun loungers for sunbathing with beautiful views of the pool. There is a private porch to enjoy great evenings outdoors. The white sandy beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearic Islands, can be reached in 10 minutes by car. In the surrounding area you will find many more beaches and coves with crystal clear waters, including Ses Covetes, Playa des Carbo and Colonia de Sant Jordi.
