During the summer, you can refresh yourself in the 5m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.2m. It is surrounded by an artificial lawn area and four loungers where to bask in the sun. Enjoy a barbecue on the terrace with friends and family! The plot is fenced and there are neighbors around. The rooms are distributed over two floors, including a nice sitting-dining area with satellite-TV and fireplace as well as kitchen with gas stove on the ground floor. Rustic furniture blends with modern equipment and we can still see the antique wooden beams. There's also a double bedroom with closet and a shower bath on the ground floor. A game room, two more bedrooms with a double bed, and a shower bath are on the first floor. One of these bedrooms comes with a wardrobe and all have A/C (mind that one air conditioning unit is mobile). If necessary, we supply a cot and a high chair. Furthermore, there's a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board. Sóller is a charming village located in the Sierra de Tramuntana. In Sóller you can take the historical train and go to Palma de Mallorca - a wonderful journey passing green valleys, mountains and picturesque villages. Hiking enthusiasts find beautiful paths nearby, eg from Biniaraix to Cúber. The area is also ideal for cycling. The island capital, Palma de Mallorca, is offered for a cultural visit and stands out for La Seu Cathedral and Bellver Castle. In Sóller and Puerto de Sóller you will find supermarkets, restaurants and all needed amenities for an independent stay. The next sand beach is in Puerto de Sóller. Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Während des Sommers kann man sich im 5m x 3m großen Aufstellpool herrlich erfrischen. Die Tiefe beträgt durchgehend 1.2m und das Wasser wird mit Chlor gereinigt. Rundherum kann man es sich auf der Kunstrasenfläche auf vier Liegen gemütlich machen. Auf der Terrasse lässt man den Tag bei einem herzhaften Barbecue ausklingen. Die Zimmer verteilen sich auf zwei Etagen mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Gasherd und einem Wohn-Essbereich mit TV-SAT und Holzofen im Erdgeschoss. Der Stil ist eine Mischung aus Alt und Neu und die Deckenbalken aus Holz geben den Räumen viel Charakter. Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss findet man einen Raum mit Doppelbett und Schrank sowie ein Duschbad. Im ersten Stock gibt es ein Spielzimmer und zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, eines mit einem Kleiderschrank. Alle Zimmer hat Klimaanlage, obwohl das letzte Zimmer über eine mobile Klimaanlage verfügt. Ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl stehen auf Anfrage bereit. Eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Durante el verano pueden refrescarse en la piscina elevada de cloro o disfrutar de una barbacoa al aire libre en la terraza. La piscina tiene un tamaño de 5m x 3m y una profundidad de 1.2m y está rodeada de césped artificial con cuatro tumbonas. La parcela está vallada y hay vecinos en el alrededor. Esta casa cuenta con dos alturas. La decoración es una mezcla entre antiguo y moderno y aún podemos ver las antiguas vigas de madera que dan mucho carácter a la casa. En la planta baja disponen de una cocina bien equipada, con fogones de gas, y un bonito salón-comedor con televisión de satélite y estufa de leña. También aquí hay un dormitorio con cama doble y armario así como un baño con ducha. En la primera planta encuentran una sala de juegos y otros dos dormitorios, ambos con cama doble, y uno con armario. Todos los dormitorios tienen aire acondicionado, aunque el equipo del último dormitorio es un equipo móvil. Podemos facilitarles una cuna y una trona si es necesario. La casa ofrece lavadora, plancha y tabla para planchar. Sóller es un pueblo con mucho carácter en la Sierra de Tramuntana. En Sóller pueden coger el tren histórico e ir a Palma de Mallorca - un viaje maravilloso pasando valles verdes, montañas y pintorescos pueblos. Le camere sono distribuite su due piani, tra cui una bella zona soggiorno-pranzo con TV satellitare e camino e una cucina con fornello a gas al piano terra. L'arredamento rustico si fonde con le attrezzature moderne e possiamo ancora vedere le antiche travi in legno. C'è anche una camera matrimoniale con armadio e un bagno con doccia al piano terra. Una sala giochi, altre due camere con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia si trovano al primo piano. Una di queste camere è dotata di un armadio e tutte hanno l'aria condizionata (ricorda che un'unità di aria condizionata è mobile). Se necessario, forniamo una culla e un seggiolone.
