The exterior highlights thanks to the chill-out areas where you can truly enjoy the Mallorcan summer. It features a fabulous chlorine pool with an irregular shape, sizing 7 x 4 metres and with a depth ranging between 1 and 1.5 metres, where adults and children can revel in a refreshing swim in a quite environment surrounded by nature. In addition, you can sunbathe on one of the 6 sun loungers while the little ones play on the lawn. One of the most impressive details of the house is the wonderful views that you can admire from several spots outdoors: the area of sofas to have a glass of wine in the evening; the front porch, furnished with a fantastic dining table for 8 people, that goes on towards the other side of the house offering another dining table and area of sofas, perfect for a vermouth before lunch. There also is a barbecue to cook delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. The accommodation itself has three floors and 400 m2 featuring a modern style with all comforts for a perfect stay. From the porch we enter the first living room with a large and comfortable sofa where we can sit and watch satellite TV all together. The second living room, on the same floor, offers another sofa and formal dining area for 6 people. The large windows do not only allow the light in but also going on admiring the fantastic views to the Pla de Mallorca from the inside. The superb kitchen is independent and it offers everything a chef could need to cook his best dishes: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher ... apart from exit to the outside for your best comfort. Our guests will find 4 bedrooms to rest after a day full of activities. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and it presents a double bed, closet and exit to the terrace. A charming bathroom with a bath completes this floor. Going upstairs our guests find another sitting area with large windows which is open to the living area downstairs. The three other bedrooms are on this first floor. The three of them feature a double bed and a closet. One of them also has an en-suite bathtub bathroom. There is another bathroom with an independent shower and hydro-massage bath -where you can enjoy and relaxing bath with spectacular views- for the rest of the floor. The garage, the laundry room -with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board-, and a shower bathroom can be found on the basement. Finally, the house features air-conditioning in the two living-rooms of the main floor and in all bedrooms. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair also are available. If you you want to visit the largest number of places in Mallorca, Inca is the best choice, no doubt. The house is located in a quiet urbanisation on the outskirts of the town, surrounded by greenery and with spectacular views up to the Bay of Alcudia. The distances with other points of the island are equidistant: you can visit the Tramuntana mountain range and the beautiful monastery of Lluc; the northern beaches like Puerto de Alcudia or Puerto de Pollensa; or the capital, Palma, which offers a wide leisure and cultural variety. In Inca you will find all services for an independent stay like bars, the traditional Mallorcan restaurants called "cellers", fashion shops,... Der Aussenbereich besticht durch den gepflegten Garten, in dem man die Urlaubstage in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Der 7 x 4 Meter große und zwischen 1 bis 1.5 Meter tiefe Süßwasserpool ist immer für eine wohltuende Erfrischung gut. Besonders die Kleinen der Familie beschlagnahmen das Schwimmbad sofort für sich. Insgesamt 6 Liegen laden zum ausgiebigen Sonnenbaden ein, während die Kinder im Garten spielen. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die beeindruckende Aussicht auf die grünen Berge, die das Haus bietet und die man z.B. von der Terrasse aus bei einem Gläschen Wein auf sich wirken lassen kann. Auf der vorderen Veranda macht man es sich auf einem der Sofas gemütlich oder nimmt gemeinsam ein Mittagessen ein. Ein Grill sorgt für Abwechslung im Speiseplan. Das Haus hat mehrere Nachbarn nebenan. Die Zimmer verteilen sich auf 3 Wohnebenen und 400 m2; sind modern und mit einer guten Ausstattung versehen, damit man seinen Urlaub entspannt verbringt. Die Veranda führt in das erste Wohnzimmer, wo man es sich auf dem großen Sofa gemütlich macht und etwas fernsehen kann (SAT-TV). Auf derselben Etage liegt ein zweiter Wohnbereich, ebenfalls mit Sofa und einem Esstisch mit 6 Sitzgelegenheiten. Die großen Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht herein und geben einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Gegend Pla de Mallorca frei. In der Küche findet sich alle Chefs ein, um neue Rezepte zu kreieren. Dafür stehen u.a. ein Cerankochfeld, eine Mikrowelle und ein Ofen zur Verfügung. Damit man sich danach nicht mit dem Abwasch beschäftigen muss, gibt es einen Geschirrspüler. In der Küche finden unsere Gäste einen weiteren Esstisch mit Platz für 8 Gäste. Wenn man mal eine Pause vom Kochen braucht, kann man jederzeit von der Küche auf die Terrasse gehen und durchatmen. Unsere Gäste können hier zwischen 4 Schlafzimmern wählen. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Schrank und Terrassentür befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Bad mit Badewanne. Die restlichen 3 Schlafzimmer, sowie ein offener Wohnbereich mit großer Fensterfront sind im 1. Stock untergebracht. Alle drei bieten je ein Ehebett und einen Schrank. Eines hat noch zusätzlich ein en-suite Bad mit Wanne. Das dritte, separat angelegte Badezimmer bietet unseren Gästen eine Dusche und eine Badewanne mit Massagefunktion. Das Fenster gibt einen herrlichen Blick auf die Umgebung frei. Im Souterrain sind die Garage mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Wäschetrockner, sowie ein Bad mit Dusche untergebracht. Das Haus bietet Klimaanlage in beiden Wohnzimmern im Erdgeschoss und in allen Schlafräumen. Bei Bedarf stellen wir gerne ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung. Alle, die im Urlaub gerne auf Entdeckung gehen, finden in Inca den idealen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge verschiedenster Art, da sich die Stadt in der Inselmitte befindet. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Teil Incas und wird von grünen Hügeln umgeben. An klaren Tagen kann man am Horizont die Bucht von Alcúdia ausmachen. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig: eine Wanderung im Tramuntanagebirge mit anschließendem Besuch des Klosters Lluc, ein Badetag in der Bucht von Alcúdia im Norden mit den Stränden Puerto de Alcúdia und Puerto de Pollença, ein Kulturtag in der Hauptstadt Palma, wo auch Gourmets und Nachteulen auf ihre Kosten kommen. In Inca findet man alles, was man für einen Urlaub als Selbstversorger braucht, u.a. Bars, Geschäfte und viele Restaurants. In einem der Cellers - typisch mallorquinische Gasthäuser - kann man deftige Inselküche probieren. Donnerstags findet der Wochenmarkt statt. Una de las cosas más impresionantes de la casa son las maravillosas vistas que podemos admirar desde varios puntos del exterior: la zona de sofás en la nos podemos tomar una copa al atardecer, el porche delantero, amueblado con una fantástica mesa de comedor exterior para 8 personas, y que continúa hasta el otro lateral de la casa que ofrece otra mesa de comedor y zona de sofás, ideal para tomar el vermouth antes de comer. Hay también una barbacoa en la que podrás cocinar deliciosas carnes y verduras a la brasa. La propiedad se encuentra vallada y hay vecinos en los alrededores. La vivienda en sí se distribuye a lo largo de tres plantas y 400 m2 con un estilo moderno que incluye todas las comodidades para una estancia perfecta. L'extérieur se distingue par son jardin bien entretenu et ses espaces de détente où l'on peut vraiment profiter de l'été à Majorque. Il dispose d'une fabuleuse piscine au chlore de forme irrégulière mesurant 7 x 4 mètres et ayant une profondeur allant de 1 à 1,5 mètres, où adultes et enfants pourront profiter d'un bain relaxant dans un environnement calme en pleine nature. De plus, vous pourrez bronzer sur l'une des 6 chaises longues pendant que les plus petits jouent sur l'herbe. L'une des choses les plus impressionnantes de la maison sont les vues magnifiques que nous pouvons admirer depuis différents points de l'extérieur : le coin canapé où nous pouvons prendre un verre au coucher du soleil, le porche, meublé d'une fantastique table à manger extérieure pour 8 personnes, et qui continue jusqu'à l'autre côté de la maison qui offre une autre table à manger et un coin canapé, idéal pour boire du vermouth avant de manger. Il y a aussi un barbecue où vous pourrez cuisiner de délicieuses viandes et légumes grillés. La propriété est clôturée et il y a des voisins à proximité. La maison elle-même est répartie sur trois étages et 400 m2 avec un style moderne qui comprend tout le confort pour un séjour parfait. Depuis le porche, nous entrons dans la première pièce qui offre un grand et confortable canapé où nous pouvons nous asseoir et regarder la télévision par satellite en famille. Le deuxième salon, au même étage, offre un grand canapé et un coin repas formel pour 6 personnes. Les grandes fenêtres laissent non seulement entrer une lumière abondante, mais nous pouvons également continuer à admirer les magnifiques vues sur le Pla de Majorque, également depuis l'intérieur. La fabuleuse cuisine est indépendante et offre tout ce dont le chef de famille peut avoir besoin pour cuisiner ses meilleurs ragoûts : plaque vitrocéramique, micro-ondes, four, lave-vaisselle,... ainsi qu'une table à manger confortable pour 8 personnes. Bien entendu, il a également accès à l'extérieur pour votre plus grand confort. Nos hôtes trouveront 4 chambres où ils pourront se reposer après une journée riche en activités. La première est au rez-de-chaussée et dispose d'un lit double, d'une armoire, ainsi que d'un accès à l'extérieur. Une charmante salle de bain avec baignoire complète cet étage principal. En montant les escaliers, nos hôtes pourront profiter d'un autre espace de vie également doté de grandes fenêtres et ouvert sur la salle à manger en contrebas. Les trois chambres restantes sont situées à cet étage. Toutes les trois offrent un lit double et une armoire. L'une d'elles dispose également d'une salle de bains privative avec baignoire. Une troisième salle de bain avec douche séparée et bain à remous où vous pourrez profiter d'un bain relaxant avec des vues spectaculaires dessert cet étage. Le garage, la buanderie - avec lave-linge, sèche-linge, fer et table à repasser - et une salle de bain avec douche se trouvent au sous-sol. Enfin, la maison dispose de la climatisation dans les deux pièces du rez-de-chaussée et dans toutes les chambres. Nous mettons également à votre disposition un berceau et une chaise haute au cas où vous voyageriez avec votre bébé. Si votre intention est de visiter autant d’endroits que possible à Majorque, Inca est sans aucun doute le meilleur choix. La maison est située dans une urbanisation très calme de la ville, entourée de végétation et avec des vues qui atteignent la baie d'Alcudia. Les distances avec d'autres points de l'île sont pratiquement équidistantes : vous pourrez visiter la Sierra de Tramuntana et le magnifique monastère de Lluc ; les plages du nord, comme Puerto de Alcudia et Puerto de Pollensa ; ou la capitale, Palma, qui propose une belle offre culturelle et de loisirs. The exterior highlights thanks to the chill-out areas where you can truly enjoy the Mallorcan summer. It features a fabulous chlorine pool with an irregular shape, sizing 7 x 4 metres and with a depth ranging between 1 and 1.5 metres, where adults and children can revel in a refreshing swim in a quite environment surrounded by nature. In addition, you can sunbathe on one of the 6 sun loungers while the little ones play on the lawn. One of the most impressive details of the house is the wonderful views that you can admire from several spots outdoors: the area of sofas to have a glass of wine in the evening; the front porch, furnished with a fantastic dining table for 8 people, that goes on towards the other side of the house offering another dining table and area of sofas, perfect for a vermouth before lunch. There also is a barbecue to cook delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. The accommodation itself has three floors and 400 m2 featuring a modern style with all comforts for a perfect stay. From the porch we enter the first living room with a large and comfortable sofa where we can sit and watch satellite TV all together. The second living room, on the same floor, offers another sofa and formal dining area for 6 people. The large windows do not only allow the light in but also going on admiring the fantastic views to the Pla de Mallorca from the inside. The superb kitchen is independent and it offers everything a chef could need to cook his best dishes: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher ... apart from exit to the outside for your best comfort. Our guests will find 4 bedrooms to rest after a day full of activities. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and it presents a double bed, closet and exit to the terrace. A charming bathroom with a bath completes this floor. Going upstairs our guests find another sitting area with large windows which is open to the living area downstairs. The three other bedrooms are on this first floor. The three of them feature a double bed and a closet. One of them also has an en-suite bathtub bathroom. There is another bathroom with an independent shower and hydro-massage bath -where you can enjoy and relaxing bath with spectacular views- for the rest of the floor. The garage, the laundry room -with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board-, and a shower bathroom can be found on the basement. Finally, the house features air-conditioning in the two living-rooms of the main floor and in all bedrooms. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair also are available.
