Welcome to Pou Vell! This cozy and rustic villa lies at a wonderful place in the north of the island and offers you the comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience. The two-storey villa with a size of 142 m2 counts with 3 bedrooms and is ideal families or groups of friends. In the 1st floor you will find two bedrooms. The first one has two single beds, and the other one is fitted with a double bed, which also has an en suite bathroom. The bedroom located in the ground floor counts with two single beds. There are three bathrooms. Two upstairs, one with shower cabin and the other one with bath tub. And one is downstairs, which only has WC. The whole accommodation is equipped with air conditioning. The whole villa emits a warm and peaceful atmosphere and is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation. Sit down in the spacious living area and spend your time reading a good book, watching television (Satellite) or a film (DVD player) or just take a nap. The adjoining dining area is fitted with a nice table and seats for 6 people. In the independent kitchen you get everything you may need for preparing your meals: a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, , vitro ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric oven, cutlery, kitchen appliances and a refrigerator-freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The exteriors are beautiful: step outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the terrace. The porch is furnished with a table and seats for 6 people. Next to the private pool, 8 x 4 meters, there is an area with sun loungers for you to get tanned. There are 5.500 m2 of land with lots of almond trees, orange trees, etc. There are no direct neighbors and the house and its installations are completely private. Pets are welcome upon request – please ask before. You will be able to park up to 3 cars outside the house in an uncovered space. The house is only 0.6 km from the closest village, Búger, and 4.5 km far from Sa Pobla, where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings. In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Es ist genau richtig für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern oder einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Freunden. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage befinden sich in der 1. Etage. Das 3., nicht klimatisierte Schlafzimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss. Es sind 2 komplette Badezimmer und ein separates WC vorhanden. Vergessen Sie den Alltagsstress! Das klimatisierte Wohnzimmer ist perfekt um ungestört ein Nickerchen zu machen. Es ist Satellitenfernsehen vorhanden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Der Garten ist sehr schön. Veranstalten Sie einen Grillabend mit der ganzen Familie, baden Sie im Pool oder lassen Sie sich einfach nur die Sonne auf den Bauch scheinen. Die Veranda ist möbliert. Der private Pool hat eine Grösse von 8 m x 4 m. Zu der Finca gehört ein Stück Land mit ca. 5.500 m2. Dort findet man Mandel-, Orangenbäumen sowie verschiedenen Pflanzen. Die Finca hat keine direkten Nachbarn und steht während Ihres Urlaubes nur für Sie zur Verfügung. Haustiere sind nur auf Anfrage erlaubt. Vor dem Haus kann man bis zu 3 Autos parken. In wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen Sie das kleine, charmante Dorf Búger. In Sa Pobla, ca. 4,5 km vom Haus finden Sie grosse Supermärkte, Apotheken und Restaurants. Auch die beliebte Stadt Pollença ist schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die kleinen Kopfsteinpflasterstrassen, die Romanische Brücke sowie die kleine Kirche des „Calvari“-Bergs sind einen Besuch wert. Man erreicht diese Kirche über 365 Stufen; jedoch wird die Anstrengung mit herrlicher Aussicht über die Stadt und die umliegende Landschaft belohnt. Den nächsten Strand erreichen Sie in nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es handelt sich um den wunderschönen Sandstrand Capellanes in Can Picafort. Neben diesem Strandabschnitt liegt der Strand von Can Picafort mit seiner lebendigen Strandpromenade. Dort finden Sie verschiedene Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte. Sie mögen es lieber etwas ruhiger? Dann verbringen Sie einen Tag auf dem Sandstrand von Playa de Muro, welcher direkt an den Strand von Capellanes anschliesst. Dort gibt es nur wenige bis gar keine Hotels. Se trata de una casa de dos plantas de 142 m2 que cuenta con 3 habitaciones – es ideal para familias o pequeños grupos de amigos. En la primera planta hay una habitación con dos camas individuales y una habitación en suite con cama doble y otro baño. En la planta de abajo hay una habitación con dos camas individuales y un aseo. La casa tiene aire acondicionado. El ambiente de la villa es muy agradable y es la elección perfecta para aquellos que buscan relajarse. Siéntese en el espacioso salón y relájese leyendo un buen libro, mirando TV por satélite o un DVD. El comedor está equipado con mesa y sillas y la cocina está equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar: tostadora, cafetera, microondas, vitro cerámica, lavavajillas, horno eléctrico, frigorífico y mucho más. Por supuesto también encontrará lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. Los exteriores son muy bonitos también: salga afuera y organice una barbacoa con sus amigos, nade en la piscina o relájese en la terraza.
