One of the bedrooms with a double bed is on the ground floor, while the other two are on the first floor, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Two cots and two high chairs are available on request at no extra cost. The house has 3 fully equipped bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower, one on the first floor with a bathtub and the other one outside with a shower. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room-kitchen-dining room. The living-dining room is cosy and well-decorated. There is a CD-player, satellite TV, WIFI, a safe box and a DVD-Player. The kitchen is well-equipped: toaster, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, oven, cutlery, fridge and much more. There is also a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A few minutes’ drive takes you to the city Inca, where you will find lots of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Inca is famous all over the island for the quality of leather products, its weekly market (Thursdays) and its “cellers” (restaurants with typical Majorcan food). The surroundings, particularly the Serra Tramuntana, are nice for hiking, jogging and cycling. A nice idea is a trip to the chapel of “Santa Magdalena”, at the top of a hill. There is also a good restaurant and a viewpoint. Alcudia Bay is just 35 minute drive and it’s more than 30 km long. You will be able to find peaceful areas as Platja de Muro and lively beaches as Can Picafort, where you can enjoy a dinner seeing the sunset. El porche de unos de 30 m2, está amueblado con mesas y sillas para que puedan organizar allí las comidas de verano refugiándose de los días soleados y de mucho calor. Además la villa cuenta con una magnifica zona de barbacoa junto al porche y la piscina. Hay más de 60 m2 de césped natural muy bien cuidado; es el lugar perfecto para dejar jugar a los niños libremente. La piscina es de sal y mide unos 18 m2. En los alrededores de la piscina hay césped con un columpio de jardín y con hamacas donde podréis tomar el sol tranquilamente. En la finca hay suficiente lugar para aparcar hasta más de tres coches en la parte trasera de la casa. A su vez en los alrededores de la finca pasan pequeños caminos por los que es una delicia pasear y podrá hacer pequeñas excursiones a pie o en bicicleta muy entretenidas, como subir al Puig de Santa Magdalena donde encontrará un magnífico mirador a toda la isla, una pequeña ermita del siglo XIII y un restaurante donde culminar esta típica excursión, así como otras excursiones que le conducirán por pequeños valles de la Serra de Tramuntana (declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO) o por largos caminos hacia la zona conocida como Es Pla de Mallorca, la zona más llana, pero que por sus pequeñas cimas y lomas es más bien ondulado. A tan sólo unos 35 minutos conduciendo llegaréis a Ses Casetes des Capellans y Ca’n Picafort. Pasad un día en la playa de arena fina y disfrutad de un cocktail admirando la puesta de sol. En la zona hay buenos restaurantes para comer paella los cuales tienen unas vistas increíbles. El paseo marítimo de Ca’n Picafort es muy animado y contrasta con la tranquilidad de Playas de Muro. Weranda o powierzchni około 30 m2 wyposażona jest w stoły i krzesła, dzięki czemu można na niej organizować letnie posiłki, chroniąc się przed słonecznymi i bardzo gorącymi dniami.
