This wonderful finca accommodates a simple but really beautiful garden, where the greenery of the trees and the lawn is the perfect company to enjoy the feeling of peace you are looking for your stay. Nevertheless, the true protagonist is the superb water salt pool -surrounded by 4 sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower-, where you will enjoy the fantastic weather of the island. The pool sizes 9 x 4 metres and it has a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.9 metres. After a perfect morning swimming in the pool, the great porch invites to prepare a delicious barbecue and, afterwards, a glass of wine while relaxing in the swinging sofa and admiring the landscape of fields full of fruit trees. The building highlights thanks to the solar panels and the Mallorcan details like the natural stone walls, both outside and inside. When you enter, a great room featuring a fireplace welcomes you, and it combines both the living room and the dining -kitchen area, so you can be all together and don't miss a beat. You can cook on the gas stove while the others set the table, enjoy an appetiser or listen to your favourite CDs. However, the best of all is that you can cook some pop-corns and watch the satellite TV. The laundry room offers an ironing board, an iron and a washing machine. There are two rooms with a closet each, one with a double bed and space for a cot and a high chair, and the other with two twin beds. Finally, the only bathroom of the house has a shower and there are two fans available for the hottest days. The location of the property is perfect since it is placed in the centre of the island and it has easy access to all points. You can head to any direction by car and reach it in a reasonable amount of time, like the paradisaical beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia, Playa de Muro, Can Picafort or Cala Sant Vicenç, with crystalline water and white sand. If you feel like knowing the local habits and people, Búger offers supermarkets, bars, restaurants and more, as well as other nearby towns. Die Finca beherbergt einen kleinen Garten und den privaten Pool, der zwischen Hecken und Bäumen gut sichtgeschützt liegt. Auf der Poolterrasse schnappt man sich eine der 4 Liegen und lässt die Mittelmeersonne ihre Arbeit tun oder legt sich unter den Sonnenschirm. Der 9 x 4 Meter große Salzwasserpool ist zwischen 1.2 und 1.9 Meter tief und stellt das Herzstück der Finca dar. Nach dem Schwimmen im Pool freut man sich auf ein ausgiebiges Frühstück auf der Veranda, die auf die Felder und Obstbäume blickt. Ein gemauerter Grill sorgt für Abwechslung im Speiseplan. Entspannen kann man auf der Hollywoodschaukel bei einem guten Buch oder beim süßen Nichtstun. Die typisch mallorquinische Finca wird mit Solarenergie betrieben und besticht durch die rustikalen Natursteinmauern, die sowohl innen als auch außen zu sehen sind. Im Wohn- Essbereich freut man sich auf Abende im Familienkreis, beim gemeinsamen Kochen und fernsehen (mit Satellit). Die Landhausküche ist mit Gasherd und allen wichtigen Haushaltsgeräten versehen, damit man auch im Urlaub einfache Speisen zubereiten kann. Die Waschküche ist mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett versehen. Zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Ehebett und das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten, laden zum Entspannen ein. Beide verfügen über einen Kleiderschrank und es kann ein Babybettchen sowie ein Hochstuhl zugestellt werden. Das Badezimmer im Haus ist mit Dusche ausgestattet. 2 Ventilatoren runden die Ausstattung ab. Die Finca befindet sich im zentralen Norden der Sonneninsel und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an den Strand oder in die Berge. Dazu gehören die herrlichen Strände Puerto de Alcúdia, Playa de Muro, Can Picafort oder Cala Sant Vicenç, die mit kristallklarem Wasser und feinem Sand locken. Im kleinen Ort Búger gibt es ein paar Bars und Restaurants; den täglichen Einkauf kann man z.B. in Sa Pobla erledigen. Die pittoresken Dörfer Pollença und Alcúdia sind einen Besuch wert. Esta maravillosa finca aguarda un sencillo y bonito jardín, donde el verde de los árboles y de la hierba es el acompañante perfecto para proporcionarles la sensación de calma que seguro están buscando para su estancia. Aunque, realmente, la verdadera estrella es la magnífica piscina salada, rodeada por 4 tumbonas, una sombrilla y una ducha al aire libre para disfrutar del fantástico clima de la isla. Tiene unas dimensiones de 9 x 4 m y una profundidad que va de 1.2 a 1.9 metros. Tras una larga mañana nadando, un gran porche les invita a deleitarse con una rica barbacoa y, luego, una copa de vino relajados en el balancín junto al paisaje que ofrecen los terrenos repletos de árboles frutales. La construcción destaca por funcionar con energía solar y por su bello mallorquín, visible claramente en sus paredes forradas de piedra natural, tanto por fuera como en su interior. Al entrar, les da la bienvenida una gran estancia, con chimenea, que combina la sala de estar con la zona de comedor y la cocina, ideal para hacer vida todos juntos sin perderse ni un momento los unos de los otros. Pueden cocinar en los fogones de gas mientras ponen la mesa, toman un aperitivo y escuchan sus CD'S favoritos.
