Welcome to this cosy and spacious apartment with 130 m2 and capacity for 6 people located only 50 metres far away from the crystal clear waters of Puerto de Alcudia’s beach. Do not wait too much! This accommodation is ideal for families with children or either groups of friends. It is modern, spacious and has excellent views to the sea. The apartment is located on a first floor. There are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed. One of them has a small walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with bath. The third one has a truckle bed for 2 people. All bedrooms do have windows facing outside and air conditioning. Apart from the en suite bathroom there is another bathroom with shower. Kitchen, living and dining room are in the same space. There are two comfortable sofas where you can rest, watch satellite TV or surf the Internet. The dining room area is furnished with a table and seats for 8 people, so that you can get all together and enjoy meals. There is air conditioning in this room too. The kitchen is modern and handy. There is a bar with stools and there is an access to the terrace. It is fitted with everything you could need during your stay: fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, gas stove, electric oven, orange squeezer, blender, kettle and many kitchen utensils such as pots, cutlery, dishes, etc. Obviously there is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Outside the apartment is very nice. There is a private terrace with 32 m2. It has great views to the sea and it is furnished with a table and seats for 6 people. It is the perfect place for summer breakfasts. There is also a communal garden and a terrace where there is a barbecue. The location of the apartment is perfect because everything you might need is very close: pharmacy, shops, supermarket, surgery or bus stop. The frequency of the bus is every 15 minutes towards Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença and other directions as Palma. In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food, snack bars, clothes shops, souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The biggest one is located on the road towards Alcúdia, near a petrol station. From Puerto de Alcúdia it’s very easy to drive to other beaches that are worth to discover as Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink. There is a local market in Alcudia on Thursdays and Sundays and the centre of town becomes crowded and lively. Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre. Die Wohnung liegt in der 1. Etage. Die 3 behaglichen Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage laden zum Träumen ein. Zwei davon sind mit Doppelbetten, das dritte mit einem Ausziehbett, ideal für 2 Kinder, ausgestattet. Ein Doppelbettschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Bad en suite mit Badewanne und einen kleines Ankleidezimmer. Neben dem Badezimmer en suite gibt es noch ein zweites Bad mit Dusche in der Wohnung. Im klimatisierten Wohn- Esszimmer können Sie bei einem guten Buch entspannen, fernsehen (SAT-TV), im Internet sufen oder gemeinsam essen. Die amerikanische Küche mit direkten Zugang zur Terrasse ist gut ausgestattet: Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Gasherd, Ofen, Saftpresse, Mixer, Wasserkocher, Küchenutensilien u.v.m. Natürlich gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Die 32 m2 grosse Terrasse mit Meerblick wird von unseren Gästen gerne zum frühstücken genutzt. Una de las habitaciones con cama doble tiene baño en suite con bañera y un pequeño vestidor. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventanas y aire acondicionado. Hay dos baños en la casa, uno con bañera y en suite y el otro con ducha. La sala en el mismo espacio que el comedor y la cocina, cuenta con dos cómodos sofás donde podréis descansar, mirar la televisión por satélite o bien, navegar por internet. El comedor tiene una mesa con capacidad para hasta 8 personas para que podáis organizar comidas y cenas junto a amigos y familia. Tanto la sala como el comedor, en el mismo espacio, tienen aire acondicionado. La cocina es moderna y muy cómoda, tiene una barra con taburetes, además tiene acceso directo a la terraza, cuenta todo lo necesario para que podáis cocinar con comodidad; nevera con congelador, microondas, cafetera italiana, cocina de gas, horno eléctrico, exprimidor, batidora, hervidor de agua y todos los utensilios necesarios como batería de ollas, cubiertos, vajilla, etc. Evidentemente la casa también tiene lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. No os olvidéis de visitar las ruinas romanas, muy recomendables. En coche o bus podéis llegar muy fácilmente a otras áreas como Playa de Muro, Ca’n Picafort, Playa de Formentor o Puerto de Pollença. Cala de San Vicente también merece la pena. El pueblo de Pollença y su pequeña iglesia en lo alto de la colina (Calvari) pueden ser una buena opción para una excursión de medio día. Para subir al calvari hay que subir una escalera con 365 peldaños, ¡pero las vistas merecen mucho la pena! Mieszkanie znajduje się na pierwszym piętrze budynku. W domu znajdują się trzy sypialnie, dwie z podwójnym łóżkiem i trzecia z łóżkiem wysuwanym, która może pomieścić 2 osoby. Jeden z pokoi z łóżkiem małżeńskim posiada łazienkę z wanną oraz małą garderobę. Wszystkie pokoje posiadają okna i klimatyzację. N'y pense plus ! Cette charmante maison est idéale pour les familles avec enfants ou pour les groupes d'amis, elle est moderne, spacieuse et offre d'excellentes vues sur la mer. L'appartement est situé au premier étage de l'immeuble. La maison dispose de trois chambres, deux d'entre elles avec un lit double et la troisième avec un lit gigogne et une capacité de 2 personnes. L'une des chambres avec lit double dispose d'une salle de bain avec baignoire et d'un petit dressing. Toutes les chambres disposent de fenêtres et de la climatisation. Il y a deux salles de bains dans la maison, une avec baignoire et salle de bains privative et l'autre avec douche. Le salon, dans le même espace que la salle à manger et la cuisine, dispose de deux canapés confortables où vous pourrez vous reposer, regarder la télévision par satellite ou naviguer sur Internet. La salle à manger dispose d'une table pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes afin que vous puissiez organiser des déjeuners et des dîners entre amis et en famille. Le salon et la salle à manger, dans le même espace, disposent de la climatisation. La cuisine est moderne et très confortable, elle dispose d'un bar avec tabourets, elle a également un accès direct à la terrasse, elle a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner confortablement ; réfrigérateur avec congélateur, micro-ondes, cafetière italienne, cuisinière à gaz, four électrique, presse-agrumes, mixeur, bouilloire et tous les ustensiles nécessaires comme une batterie de casseroles, des couverts, de la vaisselle, etc. Évidemment, la maison dispose également d'un lave-linge, d'un fer et d'une planche à repasser. L'extérieur de la maison est parfait, elle dispose d'une terrasse privée d'environ 32m2 avec vue mer, équipée d'une table et six chaises et avec vue mer. Il dispose également d'un jardin commun avec de l'herbe et d'une terrasse au rez-de-chaussée où se trouve le barbecue et où vous pourrez déguster des dîners grillés. La maison est idéalement située, à seulement 50 mètres de la magnifique plage cristalline de Puerto de ALcudia. Le bus circule toutes les 15 minutes en direction d'Alcúdia, de Puerto de Pollença ou d'autres directions comme Palma. Le grand supermarché le plus proche se trouve sur la route reliant Puerto de Alcúdia à la ville d'Alcudia, à proximité d'une station-service. La vieille ville d'Alcúdia, avec ses rues pavées, mérite une visite ; ses places, l'église et les murs qui entourent la ville. À l’intérieur, il y a de nombreux bars et restaurants pour s’arrêter un moment et prendre un verre. Les mardis et dimanches sont des jours de marché à Alcúdia et la ville se transforme en un lieu animé et plein de vie. N'oubliez pas de visiter les ruines romaines, fortement recommandées. En voiture ou en bus, vous pouvez très facilement rejoindre d'autres zones telles que Playa de Muro, Ca'n Picafort, Playa de Formentor ou Puerto de Pollença. Cala de San Vicente vaut également le détour. La ville de Pollença et sa petite église au sommet de la colline (Calvari) peut être une bonne option pour une excursion d'une demi-journée. Pour gravir le calvari, il faut monter un escalier de 365 marches, mais la vue en vaut la peine ! Ne partez pas en vacances n'importe où, faites de vos vacances une expérience inoubliable ! Welcome to this cosy and spacious apartment with 130 m2 and capacity for 6 people located only 50 metres far away from the crystal clear waters of Puerto de Alcudia’s beach. Do not wait too much! This accommodation is ideal for families with children or either groups of friends. It is modern, spacious and has excellent views to the sea. The apartment is located on a first floor. There are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed. One of them has a small walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with bath. The third one has a truckle bed for 2 people. All bedrooms do have windows facing outside and air conditioning. Apart from the en suite bathroom there is another bathroom with shower. Kitchen, living and dining room are in the same space. There are two comfortable sofas where you can rest, watch satellite TV or surf the Internet. The dining room area is furnished with a table and seats for 8 people, so that you can get all together and enjoy meals. There is air conditioning in this room too. The kitchen is modern and handy. There is a bar with stools and there is an access to the terrace. It is fitted with everything you could need during your stay: fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, gas stove, electric oven, orange squeezer, blender, kettle and many kitchen utensils such as pots, cutlery, dishes, etc. Obviously there is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Outside the apartment is very nice. There is a private terrace with 32 m2. It has great views to the sea and it is furnished with a table and seats for 6 people. It is the perfect place for summer breakfasts. There is also a communal garden and a terrace where there is a barbecue. The location of the apartment is perfect because everything you might need is very close: pharmacy, shops, supermarket, surgery or bus stop. The frequency of the bus is every 15 minutes towards Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença and other directions as Palma. In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food, snack bars, clothes shops, souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The biggest one is located on the road towards Alcúdia, near a petrol station. From Puerto de Alcúdia it’s very easy to drive to other beaches that are worth to discover as Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink. There is a local market in Alcudia on Thursdays and Sundays and the centre of town becomes crowded and lively. Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre.
