The house has a spacious backyard where you will find everything you need to enjoy the good Mediterranean weather: the chlorinated private above ground pool that measures 4 meters in diameter and has a depth of 1.10 meters; the lawn area with loungers perfect for sunbathing; the porch at the back where you can relax and have a drink at sunset; and the terrace next to the house where you can taste delicious barbecued meats and vegetables. The house has direct neighbours. The single storey house has been tastefully renovated while maintaining some traditional elements.
