The apartments are only about 200 m from the sea, the nearest pebble and sandy beach is about 800 m away. The center of Medulin can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. Our shared pool with a beautiful sunbathing area invites you to relax. A playground, table football table, table tennis table, drinks machine with Bavarian and German beers round off the offer. In the summer kitchen there is also a large LCD TV for shared football evenings. Note: the pool is out of service in the winter months 1.11.-31.03.

Neu renoviertes, wunderschönes, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung Residenz Benni 4 , ruhig gelegenen, sehr gepflegt, mit einem Balkon mit Meer -und Poolblick. Die Apartments befinden sich nur ca. 200 m vom Meer entfernt, der nächste Kies- und Sandstrand befindet sich ca. 800 m entfernt. Das Ortszentrum Medulin ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Gemeinschaftspool mit einer wunderschönen Liegefläche läd zum entspannen ein. Ein Spielplatz, Kickerkasten, Tischtennisplatte, Getränkeautomat mit Bayerischen und Deutschen Bieren runden das Angebot ab. In der Sommerküche ist auch ein großer LCD Fernseher für gemeinsame Fußballabende. Hinweis : der Pool ist in den Wintermonaten 1.11.-31.03. außer Betrieb

Precioso apartamento vacacional recientemente renovado, Residenz Benni 4, bien equipado, en una zona tranquila, muy bien cuidado, con balcón con vistas al mar y a la piscina. Los apartamentos están a sólo 200 m del mar y la playa de arena y guijarros más cercana está a unos 800 m. Se puede llegar al centro de la ciudad de Medulin en 10-15 minutos a pie. Nuestra piscina comunitaria con una preciosa zona para tomar el sol le invita a relajarse. Un parque infantil, futbolín, mesa de ping-pong y máquina expendedora de cervezas bávaras y alemanas completan la oferta. También hay un gran televisor LCD en la cocina de verano para las tardes de fútbol compartidas. Nota: la piscina permanece cerrada en los meses de invierno del 1 de noviembre al 31 de marzo. fuera de servicio

Bel appartement de vacances récemment rénové et bien équipé Residenz Benni 4, dans un endroit calme, très bien entretenu, avec un balcon avec vue sur la mer et la piscine. Les appartements ne se trouvent qu'à 200 m de la mer, la plage de galets et de sable la plus proche est à 800 m. Le centre-ville de Medulin est accessible en 10 à 15 minutes à pied. Notre piscine commune avec un bel espace bronzage vous invite à la détente. Une aire de jeux, un baby-foot, une table de ping-pong, un distributeur automatique de bières bavaroises et allemandes complètent l'offre. Il y a aussi une grande télévision LCD dans la cuisine d'été pour des soirées de football partagées. Remarque : la piscine est fermée pendant les mois d'hiver du 1er novembre au 31 mars. en panne

Appartamento per vacanze Residenz Benni 4 recentemente ristrutturato, bello e ben attrezzato, in una posizione tranquilla, molto ben tenuto, con balcone con vista sul mare e sulla piscina. Gli appartamenti distano solo circa 200 m dal mare, la spiaggia di ghiaia e sabbia più vicina dista circa 800 m. Il centro della città di Medolino è raggiungibile in 10-15 minuti a piedi. La nostra piscina comune con una bellissima zona prendisole vi invita a rilassarvi. Un parco giochi, un biliardino, un tavolo da ping pong, un distributore automatico di birre bavaresi e tedesche completano l'offerta. C'è anche una grande TV LCD nella cucina estiva per serate di calcio condivise. Nota: la piscina è chiusa nei mesi invernali dal 1 novembre al 31 marzo. fuori servizio

Pas gerenoveerd, mooi, goed uitgerust appartement Residenz Benni 4, rustig gelegen, zeer goed onderhouden, met balkon met uitzicht op zee en het zwembad. De appartementen liggen op slechts ongeveer 200 meter van de zee, het dichtstbijzijnde kiezel- en zandstrand ligt op ongeveer 800 meter afstand. Het stadscentrum van Medulin kan te voet in 10 tot 15 minuten worden bereikt. Ons gemeenschappelijk zwembad met een prachtige ligweide nodigt u uit om te ontspannen. Een speeltuin, tafelvoetbaltafel, tafeltennistafel, automaat met Beierse en Duitse bieren maken het aanbod compleet. In de zomerkeuken staat ook een grote lcd-tv voor gezamenlijke voetbalavonden. Let op: het zwembad is in de wintermaanden gesloten van 1 november tot en met 31 maart. buiten gebruik

Apartamenty znajdują się tylko około 200 m od morza, najbliższa żwirowa i piaszczysta plaża jest oddalona o około 800 m. Do centrum Medulin można dojść w 10-15 minut. Nasz wspólny basen z pięknym miejscem do opalania zachęca do relaksu. Ofertę uzupełnia plac zabaw, piłkarzyki, stół do tenisa stołowego, automat z piwem bawarskim i niemieckim. W letniej kuchni znajduje się także duży telewizor LCD, na którym można organizować wspólne wieczory piłkarskie.
