Maritime-style apartment of 65 sqm, new building, 180 degree sea view, south-facing balcony. Modern but comfortable furnishings. Everything you need to feel comfortable is there. The sea view from the balcony is enchanting. The beach promenade is right outside the door. You can hear the waves and the seagulls, but with the windows closed it is still very quiet. A great place to relax, in good and bad weather. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years (except babies). The furniture is also not approved for people weighing over 120kg.

Maritim eingerichtete Wohnung auf 65 qm, Neubau, 180Grad Meerblick, Südbalkon. Moderne aber gemütliche Einrichtung. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen. Der Meerblick vom Balkon bezaubert. Die Strandpromenade ist vor der Tür. Man hört das Schlagen der Wellen und die Möwen, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es dennoch sehr ruhig. Ein toller Ort um sich zu erholen, bei gutem wie auch schlechtem Wetter. Leider ist die Unterkunft für Kinder unter 12 Jahren (außer Babies) nicht geeignet. Auch sind die Möbel nicht für Personen über 120kg zugelassen.

Todo lo que necesitas para sentirte cómodo está ahí. La vista al mar desde el balcón es encantadora. El paseo marítimo está a la puerta. Se escuchan las olas y las gaviotas, pero con las ventanas cerradas todavía hay mucho silencio. Un gran lugar para relajarse, sin importar el clima. Lamentablemente, el alojamiento no es adecuado para niños menores de 12 años (excepto bebés). Los muebles tampoco están homologados para personas que pesen más de 120 kg.

Un endroit idéal pour se détendre, quelle que soit la météo. Malheureusement, le logement n'est pas adapté aux enfants de moins de 12 ans (sauf bébés). Le mobilier n'est pas non plus homologué pour les personnes pesant plus de 120 kg.

Si sentono le onde e i gabbiani, ma anche con le finestre chiuse è comunque molto silenzioso. Un luogo ideale per rilassarsi, qualunque sia il meteo. Purtroppo la sistemazione non è adatta a bambini di età inferiore ai 12 anni (tranne i neonati). Inoltre, i mobili non sono omologati per persone di peso superiore a 120 kg.

Znajdziesz tu wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, aby czuć się komfortowo. Widok na morze z balkonu jest zachwycający. Promenada nadmorska znajduje się tuż za progiem. Słychać fale i mewy, ale przy zamkniętych oknach jest nadal bardzo cicho. Świetne miejsce na relaks bez względu na pogodę. Niestety, obiekt nie jest przystosowany do przyjmowania dzieci poniżej 12 lat (oprócz niemowląt). Meble nie są również dopuszczone dla osób ważących ponad 120 kg.
