Der Außenbereich des Hauses verfügt über einen großen und gepflegten Garten, in dem Sie sich entspannen oder sonnen können, sowie über einen Essbereich im Freien, wo Sie bei einem Getränk den Grill genießen und die Kleinen beim Spielen beobachten können. Im Inneren des einstöckigen Hauses finden Sie ein helles Wohn-Esszimmer, ausgestattet mit TV, ideal, um Ihren Aufenthalt zu genießen und wo Sie Zugang zu einer der Terrassen des Hauses und dem Garten haben. In der Küche können Sie bequem kochen, denn sie ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Von der Küche aus gelangt man auf die hintere Veranda, wo sich ein kleines Bad befindet. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett. Wenn es Zeit zum Schlafen ist, gibt es drei Schlafzimmer. Zwei davon haben zwei Einzelbetten und das andere ein Doppelbett. Sie sind alle geräumig und haben Blick auf den Garten. Der Strand Playa de Muro liegt nur 100 Meter entfernt. Es handelt sich um einen kilometerlangen, feinen Sandstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser, der sich von Can Picafort (Playa des Capellans) bis Puerto de Alcúdia erstreckt. Der Strand unterteilt sich in mehrere Abschnitte, einige davon ohne Bebauung. In Playa des Capellans finden Sie neben dem herrlichen Sandstrand auch ein paar nette Restaurants. Eines davon ist für seine gute Paella bekannt. Besuchen Sie auch den Naturpark S’Albufera, die Altstadt von Alcúdia, Pollença und Artà,das ehemalige Fischerdorf Colònia de Sant Pere , den Strand Sa Cànova sowie den Leuchtturm in Cap Formentor. Los exteriores de la casa cuentan con un gran y cuidado jardín donde relajarse o tomar el sol y una zona de comedor al aire libre donde podrán disfrutar de la barbacoa mientras toman algo y observan a los más pequeños jugando en la zona infantil. En el interior de la vivienda de una planta encontrarán un luminoso salón comedor, equipado con TV, ideal para disfrutar de su estancia y en el que podrán acceder a una de las terrazas de la casa y al jardín. La cocina está preparada para que cocinen con total comodidad ya que está equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios. Desde la cocina podemos acceder al porche posterior, donde se ubica un pequeño baño. La propiedad cuenta además con lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. A la hora de dormir disponen de tres dormitorios. Dos de ellos tienen dos camas individuales mientras que la otra una cama de matrimonio. Todos ellos son amplios y tienen vistas al jardín. La casa cuenta con dos baños; uno con bañera en el interior y otro con ducha en el exterior. Las habitaciones no están equipadas con AC, pero podemos proporcionarles ventiladores si los necesitan. Si desean viajar con su bebé, podemos facilitarles también una cuna y una trona. La casa no dispone de piscina pero no es necesario ya que se encuentra a tan solo unos metros de la playa más grande Mallorca y para muchos la más bonita de todas, que es la Playa de Muro. Ésta es una gran playa de varios kilómetros de longitud que recorre casi toda la Bahia de Alcudia, desde el Puerto de Alcudia hasta Can Picafort. Dunas y más dunas de fina arena bañada por las aguas azules del mar Mediterráneo. Todo ello a pocos metros del jardín de su villa. Además de ésta playa también está muy cerca de la famosa zona conocida como Playa des Capellans, una conocida zona donde descubrirá una gran playa donde refrescarse o ir a comer paella en uno de sus famosos restaurantes encima de las dunas de la playa. Además la zona tiene muchos sitios a pocos minutos en coche que no le decepcionaran como son la Albufera, los encantadores pueblos de Alcúdia, Pollença y Artà, la zona de Formentor, el Cap del Pinar con sus pequeñas calas, el pueblecito marinero de la Colonia de Sant Pere, las playas de Sa Cànova…etc. Para posibles gastos adicionales, consultar con el anunciante. A l'intérieur de la maison de plain-pied, vous trouverez un salon-salle à manger lumineux, équipé de TV, idéal pour profiter de votre séjour et où vous pourrez accéder à l'une des terrasses de la maison et au jardin. La cuisine est préparée pour que vous puissiez cuisiner avec un confort total car elle est équipée de tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Depuis la cuisine, nous pouvons accéder au porche arrière, où se trouve une petite salle de bain. La propriété dispose également d'une machine à laver, d'un fer et d'une planche à repasser. Quand il est temps de dormir, il y a trois chambres. Deux d'entre elles ont deux lits simples et l'autre un lit double. Toutes sont spacieuses et donnent sur le jardin. La maison dispose de deux salles de bain ; une avec baignoire à l'intérieur et une avec douche à l'extérieur. Les chambres ne sont pas équipées de climatisation, mais nous pouvons fournir des ventilateurs si vous en avez besoin. Si vous souhaitez voyager avec votre bébé, nous pouvons également vous fournir un lit bébé et une chaise haute. La maison est proche de la plage Playa de Muro, l'une des plus belles plages de l'île. La plage de sable fin et longue est protégée par les dunes et est célèbre pour ses eaux cristallines. All'interno della casa a un piano troverete un luminoso soggiorno-sala da pranzo, dotato di TV, ideale per godervi il vostro soggiorno e da cui potrete accedere a una delle terrazze della casa e al giardino. La cucina è preparata per cucinare in tutta comodità in quanto è dotata di tutti gli utensili necessari. Dalla cucina possiamo accedere al portico posteriore, dove c'è un piccolo bagno. La proprietà ha anche una lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. Quando è il momento di dormire, ci sono tre camere da letto. Due di loro hanno due letti singoli e l'altra ha un letto matrimoniale. Sono tutte spaziose e si affacciano sul giardino. La casa ha due bagni; uno con vasca da bagno all'interno e uno con doccia all'esterno. Le camere non sono dotate di aria condizionata, ma possiamo fornire ventilatori se ne avete bisogno. Se desideri viaggiare con il tuo bambino, possiamo anche fornire una culla e un seggiolone. De buitenkant van het huis heeft een grote en goed onderhouden tuin waar u kunt ontspannen of zonnebaden en een eethoek in de buitenlucht waar u kunt genieten van de barbecue terwijl u een drankje drinkt en de kleintjes in het kindergedeelte ziet spelen. Binnen het huis met één verdieping vindt u een lichte woon-eetkamer, uitgerust met tv, ideaal om van uw verblijf te genieten en waar u toegang hebt tot een van de terrassen van het huis en de tuin. De keuken is voorbereid om met totaal comfort te koken, aangezien deze is uitgerust met alle benodigde keukengerei. Vanuit de keuken hebben we toegang tot de achterporch, waar zich een kleine badkamer bevindt. De woning heeft ook een wasmachine, strijkijzer en strijkplank. Als het tijd is om te slapen, zijn er drie slaapkamers. Twee daarvan hebben twee eenpersoonsbedden en de andere heeft een tweepersoonsbed. Ze zijn allemaal ruim en kijken uit op de tuin.
