The beach and town center are only about 600 meters away. It combines the freedom of an apartment with the comfort of a hotel – ideal for a relaxing holiday on the Italian Riviera. The two-room Classic Apartment offers approximately 30 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed and integrated kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower or bathtub and toilet. The residence's outdoor pool is open from approximately May 15th until the end of the season. From May 17th to June 20th and from August 23rd to September 30th, sun loungers are free of charge; otherwise, they can be rented directly on-site for €5 per day or €20 per week. The pool area also includes a separate children's pool with a whirlpool function. Wearing a swimming cap is mandatory. Additionally, a free shuttle service is offered, running twice a day at set times between the town center and the waterfront promenade. Residence Sant'Anna combines stunning views, comprehensive services, and modern amenities, making it an ideal base for an eventful holiday on the Ligurian coast. Der Außenpool der Residenz ist vom 15. Mai bis Saisonende geöffnet. Vom 17. Mai bis 20. Juni und vom 23. August bis 30. September sind Sonnenliegen kostenlos; ansonsten können sie direkt vor Ort für 5 € pro Tag oder 20 € pro Woche gemietet werden. Der Poolbereich umfasst auch ein separates Kinderbecken mit Whirlpoolfunktion. Das Tragen einer Badekappe ist Pflicht. Zusätzlich wird ein kostenloser Shuttleservice angeboten, der zweimal täglich zu festgelegten Zeiten zwischen dem Stadtzentrum und der Uferpromenade verkehrt. La piscina exterior de la residencia está abierta desde aproximadamente el 15 de mayo hasta el final de la temporada. Del 17 de mayo al 20 de junio y del 23 de agosto al 30 de septiembre, las tumbonas son gratuitas; de lo contrario, se pueden alquilar directamente en el establecimiento por 5 € al día o 20 € a la semana.
