Upon entering the historic farmhouse, you'll be captivated by the spirit of 260 years. The beautiful location of the holiday home, built in 1747, as you approach, with its typical wooden fence, blue shutters, and stately outbuildings, radiates warmth and welcome. A few steps over the old Kolbinger tiles (Beuron Monastery), and you'll find yourself in the middle of the old "smoke kitchen"—now the hallway. This means that for a long time, there was only an open fire. Above it, bacon and everything that was made more durable hung in the smoke. On the ceiling, you can see the soot-blackened original beams, hidden under several layers of insulation, wood, and chipboard, as well as the soot-blackened wall. You can still smell it. Now, off to the living room! There, we found the natural stone wall from 1747 under the old lime plaster—a real experience!

Beim Betreten des historischen Bauernhauses zieht Sie der Geist von 260 Jahren in seinen Bann. Mit ein paar Schritten über die alten Kolbinger-Fließen ( Kloster Beuron) stehen Sie mitten in der alten 'Rauchküche'- jetzt Flur. Das bedeutet, es gab lange Zeit nur offenes Feuer. La hermosa ubicación de la casa de vacaciones, el histórico Schauberhof, construido en 1747, en el camino de acceso con su típica cerca de madera, contraventanas azules y un patio señorial irradia calidez y bienvenida. Tras unos pasos sobre las antiguas baldosas de Kolbinger (Monasterio de Beuron), se llega al centro de la antigua "cocina de humo", hoy convertida en pasillo. Esto significa que durante mucho tiempo solo hubo fuego abierto. Sobre ella colgaba tocino y todo lo que de esta manera se hacía más duradero. Piękne położenie domu wakacyjnego, zabytkowego Schauberhof, wybudowanego w 1747 roku, przy drodze dojazdowej, z typowym drewnianym ogrodzeniem, niebieskimi okiennicami i okazałym podwórzem, emanuje ciepłem i gościnnością. Po przejściu kilku kroków nad starymi płytkami Kolbinger (klasztor Beuron) znajdziesz się w środku starej „wędzarni” – obecnie korytarza. Oznacza to, że przez długi czas używany był tylko otwarty ogień. Nad nim wisiał boczek i wszystko, co w ten sposób stawało się trwalsze.
