The Anesis Family Villa is a lovingly built natural stone house on a hillside, accommodating up to 6 people, with a private outdoor pool and close to the beach. On the upper level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area and a spacious living room with an open fireplace. A guest toilet is also located on this floor. On the lower level, there are three comfortable bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed if desired. One of these bedrooms is located in a separate studio with a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower (separate entrance). The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub (whirlpool function). If you wish to use this studio with the third bedroom, an additional charge (for 6 people) will apply. The outdoor area, also lovingly designed, offers a private swimming pool with an adjacent children's pool, as well as spacious sunbathing areas and furnished terraces. A dining area and outdoor sofas for comfortable seating are available. An outdoor grill is also available for culinary evenings. Die Anesis Family Villa ist ein mit viel Liebe erbautes Natursteinhaus in Hanglage für bis zu 6 Personen mit privatem Außenpool und Strandnähe. Im oberen Level finden Sie eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit angrenzendem Essbereich und geräumigem Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin. Eine Gästetoilette befindet sich auch in diesem Stockwerk. Im unteren Level sind drei komfortable Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten vorhanden, die zu einem Doppelbett umfunktioniert werden können - je nach Wunsch. Ein Schlafzimmer davon befindet sich in einem separaten Studio mit kleiner Küchenzeile und Badezimmer mit Dusche (separater Eingang). Für die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer ist ein gemeinsames Bad mit Badewanne (Whirlfunktion) vorhanden. Sollte dieses Studio mit dem 3. Schlafzimmer genutzt werden wollen, wird ein zusätzlicher Preis (für 6 Personen) erhoben. Der ebenfalls mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltete Außenbereich bietet einen privaten Swimmingpool mit angrenzendem Kinderpool, sowie großzügige Liegeflächen und möblierte Terrassen. La Villa Familiar Anesis es una casa de piedra natural construida con mucho cariño en una ladera, con capacidad para 6 personas, piscina privada al aire libre y cerca de la playa. En la planta superior encontrará una cocina totalmente equipada con comedor contiguo y un amplio salón con chimenea. También hay un aseo de invitados en esta planta. En la planta baja, encontrará tres cómodos dormitorios, cada uno con dos camas individuales que se pueden convertir en cama doble si se desea. Uno de estos dormitorios se encuentra en un estudio independiente con una pequeña cocina americana y un baño con ducha (entrada independiente). Los otros dos dormitorios comparten un baño con bañera (función de hidromasaje). Si desea utilizar este estudio con el tercer dormitorio, se aplicará un cargo adicional (para 6 personas). La zona exterior, también diseñada con mucho cariño, ofrece una piscina privada con piscina infantil adyacente, así como amplias zonas para tomar el sol y terrazas amuebladas. La Villa Familiale Anesis est une maison en pierre naturelle construite avec soin, située à flanc de colline et pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Elle dispose d'une piscine extérieure privée et se trouve à proximité de la plage. À l'étage, vous trouverez une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un coin repas attenant et un spacieux salon avec cheminée. Des toilettes invités se trouvent également à cet étage. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez trois chambres confortables, chacune avec deux lits simples convertibles en lit double. L'une de ces chambres se trouve dans un studio séparé avec une petite kitchenette et une salle de bain avec douche (entrée indépendante). Les deux autres chambres partagent une salle de bain avec baignoire balnéo. Si vous souhaitez utiliser ce studio avec la troisième chambre, un supplément (pour 6 personnes) sera appliqué. La Villa Anesis Family è una casa in pietra naturale, costruita con cura su una collina, che può ospitare fino a 6 persone, con piscina privata all'aperto e vicino alla spiaggia. Al piano superiore troverete una cucina completamente attrezzata con zona pranzo adiacente e un ampio soggiorno con camino. Su questo piano si trova anche un bagno per gli ospiti. Al piano inferiore si trovano tre comode camere da letto, ciascuna con due letti singoli che possono essere convertiti in un letto matrimoniale, se lo si desidera. Una di queste camere si trova in un monolocale separato con un piccolo angolo cottura e un bagno con doccia (ingresso separato). Le altre due camere condividono un bagno con vasca (con funzione idromassaggio). Se desiderate utilizzare questo monolocale con la terza camera da letto, verrà applicato un supplemento (per 6 persone). L'area esterna, anch'essa progettata con cura, offre una piscina privata con annessa piscina per bambini, nonché ampie zone solarium e terrazze arredate. De Anesis Family Villa is een liefdevol gebouwd natuurstenen huis op een heuvel, geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen, met een privézwembad en vlakbij het strand. Op de bovenverdieping vindt u een volledig uitgeruste keuken met aangrenzende eethoek en een ruime woonkamer met open haard. Op deze verdieping bevindt zich ook een gastentoilet. Op de benedenverdieping bevinden zich drie comfortabele slaapkamers, elk met twee eenpersoonsbedden die desgewenst kunnen worden omgebouwd tot een tweepersoonsbed. Eén van deze slaapkamers bevindt zich in een aparte studio met een kleine kitchenette en een badkamer met douche (aparte ingang). De andere twee slaapkamers delen een badkamer met een ligbad (whirlpoolfunctie). Als u deze studio samen met de derde slaapkamer wilt gebruiken, geldt er een toeslag (voor 6 personen). Na górnym poziomie znajdziesz w pełni wyposażoną kuchnię z przylegającą jadalnią i przestronny salon z otwartym kominkiem. Na tym piętrze znajduje się również toaleta dla gości. Na dolnym poziomie znajdują się trzy wygodne sypialnie, każda z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami, które w razie potrzeby można przekształcić w łóżko podwójne.
