The "Maritimes & Sea" holiday home is the half of the house facing the sea! The water reaches right up to the terrace and is separated from the holiday home only by the natural stone wall. The view from the living rooms, terraces, and balcony is breathtaking! Guests enter the holiday home through the entrance area into the bright and open hallway. On this level, there is a guest toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine. The large living room has a fireplace and adjoins the dining area with direct terrace access. The modern kitchen has everything you need for self-catering on vacation. It is fully equipped. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a wellness bathroom with a sauna and whirlpool. Each bedroom has its own TV. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a large balcony with sea views and sun loungers. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe. A roof terrace is located on the top floor! Sea views and comfortable lounge furniture, as well as loungers and deck chairs. A portable dog fence can be booked. A private parking space is located directly at the holiday home. A bicycle shed is also available for our guests. A barbecue grill is also available. Das Ferienhaus "Maritimes & Meer" ist die Haushälfte zur Meerseite! Das Wasser reicht bis an die Terrasse und wird nur durch die Natursteinmauer vom Ferienobjekt getrennt. Der Blick aus den Wohnräumen, Terrassen und Balkon ist atemberaubend! Der Feriengast betritt das Ferienhaus durch den Eingangsbereich in den hellen und offen gehaltenen Flur. Auf dieser Ebene ist ein Gäste-WC und ein HW Raum mit Waschmaschine untergebracht. Der große Wohnraum verfügt über einen Kaminofen und grenzt an den Essbereich mit direkten Terrassenzugang. Die moderne Küche verfügt über alles wann man für eine Selbstversorgung im Urlaub benötigt. Sie ist voll ausgestattet. Im 1. Stock befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Wellnessbad mit Sauna & Whirlpool. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über je einen eigenen TV. Das große Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank und einem großen Balkon mit Meerblick und Sonnenliegen ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Kleiderschrank eingerichtet. Eine Dachterrasse befindet sich auf der obersten Etage! Blick auf das Meer & gemütliche Loungemöbel sowie Liegen und Liegestühle. Ein mobiler Hundezaun kann zugebucht werden. Ein eigener PKW Stellplatz befindet sich direkt am Ferienhaus. Eine Fahrradhütte steht unseren Gästen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Auch ein Grill ist vorhanden. WLAN ist kostenfrei nutzbar.
La casa de vacaciones "Maritimes & Sea" es la mitad de la casa que da al mar. El agua llega hasta la terraza y está separada de la casa solo por un muro de piedra natural. ¡Las vistas desde los salones, terrazas y balcones son impresionantes! Los huéspedes acceden a la casa por la entrada al luminoso y amplio pasillo. En esta planta, hay un aseo de invitados y un lavadero con lavadora. El amplio salón tiene chimenea y está junto al comedor con acceso directo a la terraza. La moderna cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de sus vacaciones. La chambre principale est équipée d'un lit double, d'une armoire et d'un grand balcon avec vue sur la mer et chaises longues. La deuxième chambre est équipée de deux lits simples et d'une armoire. Une terrasse sur le toit se trouve au dernier étage ! Vue sur la mer et mobilier de salon confortable, chaises longues et transats. Une clôture portable pour chien est disponible à la réservation.
