The house accommodates up to 8 people and is ideal for both family holidays and stays with friends. The holiday home is bright and modern, featuring an open-plan living room and kitchen. From the living room, you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views over the bay, the coastline, and the town of Ebeltoft, and in clear weather, Samsø can be seen on the horizon. The house is equipped with energy-efficient solutions, including a heat pump and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate all year round. An air-to-water heat pump is used to heat the pool, providing the lowest possible cost for pool heating. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating. The house’s indoor swimming pool and sauna offer relaxation in every season. Outside, there is a landscaped 1,270 m² plot with lovely terraces facing both north and south, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. There is plenty of space for both relaxation and play, and the property also features a cozy fire pit, perfect for making twist bread and enjoying time together on warm summer evenings. For the youngest members of the family, there is an activity room with space for play and relaxation – and at the same time, a wonderful view, so both children and adults can enjoy the surroundings.
