Casa Montano hat ein Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Klimaanlage, Gastherme für Heizung und Warmwasser, WI-FI, TV und Moskitonetze zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein privater Parkplatz steht auch für die Gäste zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch bieten wir Zimmerservice, Shuttle-Service zum/vom Neapel oder an anderen Orten, Nutzung der Grillplatz, der Buchung eines authentischen Abendessen zu Hause mit lokalen Produkten und von unserem Garten. Casa Montano est, en fait, l'annexe d'une villa, où vivent encore les propriétaires, avec jardin typique mitoyenne où ils aiment à cultiver des citrons, des oranges et des oliviers. La maison est composée d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bains avec une baignoire et une chambre double avec grand garde-robe intégrée. Casa Montano è la depandance di una villa, dove ancora risiedono i proprietari, con il tipico giardino terrazzato dove si coltivano limoni, aranci e ulivi. La casa è composta da una cucina abitabile completamente attrezzata, un bagno con vasca, una camera da letto matrimoniale con ampi armadi a muro. La stanza principale è un ampio soggiorno, molto luminoso, attrezzato con un comodo divano letto matrimoniale e affacciato su una terrazza di circa 20 mq, che corre lungo tutta la facciata ed arredata con tavolo sedie e sdraio. E' dotata di lavatrice, microonde, aria condizionata, caldaia a gas per riscaldamento e acqua calda, WI-FI, TV e zanzariere. A disposizione dei clienti un posto auto privato. Su richiesta è possibile fornire servizio pulizie, servizio transfer da/per Napoli o altre località, usare l'area barbecue, prenotare una cena tipica a domicilio con prodotti locali e del giardino. Casa Montano is het bijgebouw van een villa, waar de eigenaren nog steeds wonen. Het huis heeft een terrasvormige tuin waar citroenen, sinaasappels en olijfbomen groeien. De woning bestaat uit een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een badkamer met een ligbad en een dubbele slaapkamer. In de woonkamer staat een slaapbank voor 2 personen. Er kunnen 2-4 personen verblijven: ideaal voor koppels of gezinnen. Casa Montano biedt een prachtig uitzicht op zee en toegang tot het strand. De woning ligt op 7 km van Sorrento en 5 km van het centrum van Massa Lubrense. Op verzoek biedt Casa Montano schoonmaakservice, een shuttleservice van/naar Napels of andere locaties, het gebruik van de barbecue en het boeken van een diner thuis met lokale producten. Casa Montano es la casa de servicio de una villa en la que todavía residen los propietarios, con el típico huerto de bancales donde se cultivan limoneros, naranjos y olivos. La casa consta de una cocina habitable completamente equipada, un cuarto de baño con bañera y una habitación con cama de matrimonio y amplios armarios empotrados. La estancia principal es un salón de estar muy luminoso, equipado con un cómodo sofá-cama doble, que da a una terraza de unos 20 m2, que discurre a lo largo de toda la fachada y dispone de mesa, sillas y hamaca. Dispone también de lavadora, microondas, aire acondicionado, caldera de gas para calefacción y agua caliente, Wi-Fi, televisor y mosquiteras. Los clientes disponen de una plaza de estacionamiento privada.
