At guests' disposal a swimming pool and bicycles for excursions. Peace and quiet, like fun, are close at hand: in the middle of a green valley, immersed in silence, the property is also just a few kilometres from the Romagna Riviera. The farm is run directly by the owner, who grows sunflowers, alfalfa, durum wheat and grain legumes and extra virgin olive oil. The farm is an integral part and the starting point of two trekking routes that can be followed on foot, by car, on horseback or by mountain bike. It is possible to book the entire facility for groups of sportsmen (cyclists or walkers) who wish to take these and other routes and provides logistical support (supply of MTBs, E-Bikes and excursion guides in collaboration with the numerous associations active in the area). Masía tradicional restaurada, antigua casa de labranza de finales del siglo XVIII, consta de 4 pisos independientes: 2 pisos de dos habitaciones, un piso más grande y un anexo con pórtico exterior. A disposición de los huéspedes una piscina y bicicletas para excursiones. Situado en una de las zonas más verdes de la región de Las Marcas, no lejos del mar y de lugares artísticos, como la ciudad renacentista de Urbino. La paz y la tranquilidad, al igual que la diversión, están muy cerca: en medio de un valle verde, inmerso en el silencio, la propiedad está también a pocos kilómetros de la Riviera Romagna. La explotación está gestionada directamente por el propietario, que cultiva girasoles, alfalfa, trigo duro y legumbres de grano y aceite de oliva virgen extra. La finca es parte integrante y punto de partida de dos rutas de senderismo que se pueden seguir a pie, en coche, a caballo o en bicicleta de montaña. Es posible reservar toda la instalación para grupos de deportistas (ciclistas o senderistas) que deseen realizar estas y otras rutas y proporciona apoyo logístico (suministro de BTT, E-Bikes y guías de excursiones en colaboración con las numerosas asociaciones activas en la zona). A disposizione degli ospiti una piscina e biciclette per le escursioni. Situato in una delle zone più verdi delle Marche, non lontano dal mare e da luoghi artistici, come la rinascimentale Urbino. Es liegt in einer der grünsten Gegenden der Region Marken, nicht weit vom Meer und von Kunststädten wie der Renaissancestadt Urbino entfernt. Die Ruhe und der Spaß sind ganz in der Nähe: inmitten eines grünen Tals, inmitten der Stille, ist das Anwesen nur wenige Kilometer von der Riviera der Romagna entfernt. Der Betrieb wird direkt vom Eigentümer geführt, der Sonnenblumen, Luzerne, Hartweizen und Körnerleguminosen sowie natives Olivenöl extra anbaut. Gelegen in een van de groenste gebieden van de regio Marche, niet ver van de zee en artistieke plaatsen, zoals de renaissancestad Urbino. Rust en plezier liggen binnen handbereik: midden in een groene vallei, ondergedompeld in stilte, ligt het domein bovendien op slechts enkele kilometers van de Riviera van Romagna.
