"This holiday home is in the L'Estartit region of Catalonia in Spain. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and has 2 quaint bedrooms. The holiday home has gardens in the front and back with a covered terrace. There is a swimming pool nearby and during the winters you can sit by the fireplace. In your free time, you can also watch movies on smart TV. The nearest airport is at a distance of 50 KM and known as the Girona Airport; the train station is 20 KM away and the motorway is 30 KM away. There is a tourist tax of € 0,90 per person for each night and a maximum of 1 pet is allowed."

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine abgeschirmte vorderen und hinteren Garten und eine überdachte Terrasse, so gibt es immer eine mögliche Ort, um Sonne und Schatten finden. Die abfallende hohe Decke bietet Kühle im Haus. Mit einem Pool um die Ecke, das Strand auf 10 Minuten erreichbar und typische Dörfer in der Umgebung (Pals, Torroella de Montgrí, Peretallada) gibt es für jeden Urlaub ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, in dem Sie sich wie zu Hause sehr stark werden fühlen. Im Winter ist es ein sehr schönes Aufenthalt dank der Zentralheizung und der Kamin im Haus.

La casa tiene un jardín delantero y trasero con valla y una terraza cubierta, así que siempre hay un posible lugar para encontrar sol y sombra. El alto techo inclinado proporciona frescor en la casa. Con una piscina en la esquina, playa en 10 minutos de distancia y pueblos típicos de la zona (Pals, Torroella de Montgri, Peretallada) existe para cada vacaciones una gran lugar, donde se sentirá como en casa. En el invierno es una lugar agredable con la calefacción central y la chimenea de la casa.

La maison de vacances dispose d'un jardin devant et derrière avec une clôture et une terrasse couverte, donc il ya toujours un endroit possible de trouver soleil et l'ombre. Le haut plafond en pente offre la fraîcheur dans la maison. Avec une piscine autour du coin, la plage à 10 minutes et les villages typiques de la région (Pals, Torroella de Montgri, Peretallada) il ya pour toutes les vacances une grande base où vous vous sentirez très à l'aise. En hiver, ce est un séjour très fine grâce au chauffage central et de la cheminée dans la maison.

In inverno è un bellissimo soggiorno, grazie al riscaldamento e il camino in casa.

Met een zwembad om de hoek, strand op 10 minuten rijden (L’Estartit) en veel nostalgische dorpjes in de omgeving (Pals, Torroella de Montgri, Peretallada) is het voor iedere vakantie een prima uitvalbasis, waar je je zeer thuis zult voelen. In de winter is het ’n prima verblijfdankzij CV in het hele huis en de open haard.
