THE UNIQUE STORY, AS TOLD BY THE HOMEOWNER The owner is an atypical person in her personality, her tastes and her vision of the world. This is reflected in the choice of properties. She is a person fascinated by nature and well-being. Taking advantage of her large garden, she started almost 20 years ago by setting up a cottage near her house. Thanks to a great opportunity, she was able to buy her first trailer, which she also set up on her land, but this time, on the opposite side of her house, towards the stream below. The fact that the caravans are located on the owner's property provides a very secure environment for the tenants, while remaining a very private, unoverlooked place, thanks to the many trees on the plot. Over time, she has grown from one trailer to seven. She uses some of them for her work and herself. The others are available for rent from mid-May to mid-September. As the caravans are not optimised for long stays indoors, the owner prefers to focus on the good weather to not disappoint her tenants. The owner didn't instal Wi-Fi in the caravans to allow the tenants to recharge their batteries without giving in to the temptation of connectivity, so she has made books and board games available for the days the tenants cannot enjoy the outdoors because of the weather. As the caravans are original, their walls are only 5 cm thick, which makes it easy to hear the sounds of nature while you are inside. Through her colourful/busy decoration and the type of accommodation offered, the owner really wants to create an atmosphere and allow the tenants to have a "timeless" experience, back to their roots. LA HISTORIA ÚNICA, CONTADA POR LA PROPIETARIA La propietaria es una persona atípica en su personalidad, sus gustos y su visión del mundo. Esto se refleja en la elección de las propiedades. Es una persona fascinada por la naturaleza y el bienestar. Aprovechando su gran jardín, empezó hace casi 20 años a construir una casa de campo cerca de su casa. Gracias a una gran oportunidad, pudo comprar su primera caravana, que también instaló en su terreno, pero esta vez, en el lado opuesto de su casa, hacia el arroyo de abajo. UNA STORIA UNICA, RACCONTATA DAL PROPRIETARIO La proprietaria è davvero particolare nella sua personalità gusti e visione del mondo. Questo si riflette nella scelta delle proprietà. È una persona affascinata dal ritorno alle origini e alla natura, così come al benessere. Approfittando del suo ampio giardino, ha cominciato circa 20 anni fa creando una casetta rustica vicino a casa sua. Grazie ad una bella opportunità, è riuscita a comprare la sua prima roulotte che ha messo nella sua proprietà, ma stavolta nel lato opposto rispetto alla sua casa, verso il torrente più in basso. Il fatto che le roulotte siano nel terreno della proprietaria garantisce un ambiente sicuro per gli inquilini, ma allo stesso tempo molto privato e curato, grazie ai molti alberi. Nel tempo lei ha accresciuto questo piccolo patrimonio, arrivando a sei roulotte. ne utilizza alcune per il suo lavoro e per se stessa. le altre sono disponibili per l’affitto da metà maggio a metà settembre. Poiché le roulotte non sono adatte a lunghe permanenze all’interno, la proprietaria preferisce puntare sul bel tempo per non deludere gli ospiti. Profitant de son grand jardin, elle a commencé il y a près de 20 ans par aménager un chalet près de sa maison. Grâce à une opportunité, elle a pu acheter sa première caravane, qu'elle a également installée sur son terrain, mais cette fois, du côté opposé de sa maison, vers le ruisseau en contrebas. Le fait que les caravanes soient situées sur le terrain du propriétaire offre un environnement très sécurisé aux locataires, tout en restant un endroit très privé, sans vis-à-vis, grâce aux nombreux arbres présents sur la parcelle. Profiterend van haar grote tuin, begon zij ongeveer 20 jaar geleden met het inrichten van een huisje bij haar eigen woning. Dankzij een buitenkansje kon ze haar eerste woonwagen kopen, die ze ook op haar grond zette, maar deze keer aan de andere kant van haar huis, in de richting van de beek beneden. Het feit dat de caravans op het terrein van de eigenaresse staan, biedt gasten een zeer veilige omgeving met veel privacy.
