This lovingly furnished one-room vacation apartment is located in a typical house from the early 19th century in Steffenshagen. This house and the adjoining courtyard, park and orchard were originally used as a vicarage. After a long slumber and subsequent renovation, it has now been restored to its original character. The house with an area of approx. 280 m² can be booked in its entirety for 9 people as well as separately for 2 and up to 4 people. It is ideal for a larger family or a gathering of friends. Through a historic entrance door you enter the central and spacious hallway with an old floor made of shell limestone slabs. From there you can reach the surrounding rooms. The entrance hall serves as a common room and features a large dining table and a modern fireplace. This lovingly furnished vacation apartment offers space for a maximum of 2 people and has a cozy living room/bedroom as well as a separate kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower and WC. Note: Two separate bedrooms, each with a bed at the other end of the hallway (1 connecting room), can also be booked for 2 more people. There are two small ponds hidden behind trees in the grounds (no fencing!) and a shallow ditch with hardly any water. The landlord occasionally lives on the upper floor. Please note: We ask you to bring your own towels.

Nach einem Dornröschenschlaf und anschließender Sanierung präsentiert es sich nun wieder mit seinem ursprünglichen Charakter. Das Haus mit einer Fläche von ca. 280 m² kann sowohl in seiner Gesamtheit für 9 Personen als auch separat für 2 und bis zu 4 Personen gebucht werden. Es eignet sich bestens für eine größere Familie oder ein Treffen im Freundeskreis. Durch eine historische Eingangstür betritt man die zentrale und großzügige Diele mit einem alten Boden aus Muschelkalkplatten. Von dort erreicht man die umliegenden Räume. Die Eingangsdiele dient als Gemeinschaftsraum und besticht durch einen großen Esstisch und den modernen Kamin. Diese liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für maximal 2 Personen und verfügt über ein gemütliches Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer sowie eine separate Küche und ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Hinweis: Zusätzlich buchbar für 2 weitere Personen zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bett am anderen Ende der Diele (1 Durchgangszimmer). Auf dem Gelände befinden sich zwei kleine, hinter Bäumen versteckte Teiche (keine Umzäunung!) und ein flacher Graben, der kaum Wasser führt. Der Vermieter wohnt gelegentlich im Obergeschoß.
