In dem typischen kleinen Weindorf Moselkern, etwa 18 km von Cochem entfernt, befinden sich diese neuen (2009) und modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen im ersten und zweiten Stock dieses ehemaligen Winzerhofs. Die Voransicht wurde von den niederländischen Eigentümern komplett renoviert und die Wonungen geschmackvoll eingerichtet, unter anderem mit Möbeln aus Teakholz und einem Flachbildfernseher. Zur Mosel sind es nur ein paar Schritte und somit ist auch der Radweg entlang der Mosel schnell zu erreichen. Schöne Ziele für Tagesausflüge sind unter anderem die Burg Eltz sowie die Orte Cochem, Bernkastel-Kues und Kröv. Achtung: Das Ferienhaus wird zwischen 19-03 und ca. 01-05-2012 renoviert.
